i have a question about no grade shots: there are for no grade weapons or for anyone from no grade to r99?
-Each weapon grade requires the use of the exact same grade soulshots/spiritshots (in order to deal bonus damage).
-You don't get bonus damage depending on the grade of the soulshots/spiritshots.

It took me 6 h to figure how to log and write something....and no help from famous ncsoft support.
So, log in website its broken if you use Mozzila or Google Chrome.
You can log from Internet explorer...ffs, who use IE in our days?!?!!!?!?!!?!?

I wonder if there is any possibility to change my Appreciation Pack from chronos to Zaken. Because i choose the reward so fast the reward, that i didnt think anything!!!
My main is in Zaken.....I know is my guilty and if you can fix it will be nice!! if not...well also no problem... because i know that was my mistake.
Since Dual to Main isn't happening anytime soon, I'm getting closer and closer to considering a re-roll. The 30 day weapons, vit boost, etc., will help. If we could get more "Flash Sales" for cheaper brooch and jewels, Elemental/Shining T-shirts, and other stuff that I can't exchange, like the tribal mask that you can augment and wear with a second hair accessory, then things would be perfect.

Red Libra 2 will allow u to "box" lvl3/4 jewels for the cost of x amount of elcyum, forgot how many but posted it before so go search :P

Just out of curiosity, which items are going to dissapear after the event and which ones are staying? For example, what if I don't activate my new weapons yet, do I keep them even after the event is gone or will I lose them? Basically, is there a time line in which we need to spend all of this?

That thing about upgrading weapons in Red Libra 2 is an urban legend. You just can change one type of weapon into another. Why NCSoft let the items form this pack to be used in OLY or why the pack dont have a set of armor and jewelry ? Every random is hitting like hell in oly with the gift wep.
i also have a problem with appreciation pack... i managed to log 3-4 chars using chrome, 3 4 chars using motzila and 3 or 4 chars using ie... but after a while even if my confirmations from the characters emails is correct i get error.... i even changed my ip but that did not helped either... and i stil have some char that need those app packs... some may say that i have many chars... well i do .. some are from the begining of shilien... others ae for farming zaken freya and oly... and pack is limited one per acount not per player.... so a little bit of help about this topic is welcome....
I had a similar problem (I also have quite a number of characters I actively play). Changing from Mozilla to Internet Explorer solved the problem for a few accounts, then I got the message "Something went wrong on our end" again. After a day or two Support wrote me that the problem should have solved itself, and indeed, I could claim my Appreciation Packs with Mozilla again. I guess it has something to do with security updates that the browsers regularly get and then NCWest having to adapt their website to the new situation. If I were you, I would try again on Monday evening California time. By then things might have gotten fixed. Putting in a ticket with Support also never hurts :)
