Corrupt GMs or DH-Competitive Thinking??

Once upon a time a character named "933" showed up in Nornil. Red as cow meat, that color makes me want to hit people and so i tried to kill him. Requiem weapon, Immortal set, should be an easy kill, even for an ungeared Iss.
I went towards him and i saw frenzy was on. Okay, so this is a Tyrr Titan, np.
After i started hitting him, he casted skills from 4 different classes.
First he used heals while frenzy was still on, he pumped all his tyrr skills, guts, rage and wtv they are called. Then he used Mark debuffs and Exile (from Summoner class). After that he had iss passive skill up and i was getting crippling debuff (dont know if he has anything to counter mine, or it was another skill he was using) and at the end he casted Party Return, another healer skill.

And there you have it. Another proof L2 is CERTAINLY CHEATER ALLOWED.

The iss debuffs aren't reflect from your skills because the time you get the iss debuff DOESN'T MATCH with the skills you are using on that moment. so yea he's a char with skills from differents classes.
