well most of the clans i saw being made on forum are all in the same page.
leader want ppl to rcp his clan and even those who get lets say 20.000 reputations points arent safe from geting kicked from it, sometimes they dont even are recognized by the clan leader that dont give them a higher rank.
fill all the instances without need to share goods with random ppl find on party matching.
get those goods and store at clan wh, use them for personal reasons, sometimes give these goods to some friend or cp member that never logs on or help get them, sometimes they even handle these goods to a new cp member.
they come with the auction clan points bs, that never alow someone that are 24/7 online to buy the really good stuff from clan wh.
leader farm the castle and dont share with anyone, most of the times, the members dont even know about it.
leader got the ubber cloak.
leader demands people to deposit they KE from fortress quests on clan wh, same goes for cocs and olympiad.

wow! what you have described to me is awful! I want to see everyone in my clan grow and better their character(s) not only myself. Honestly, I wouldn't even mind being last on the list if it meant we would gear a tank or a healer or someone the clan needs!
I can't imagine why anyone would stay in a clan like that! maybe its that they don't have a good alternative?
should you see any people being taken advantage of in these kinds of sistuations, please send them my way! I would be more than happy to show them what a clan is actually suppose to do/be.

clan skills or working on it besides clan rune 35% is enough in exchang of these CRP just for lvl up.
i never heard a clan does this things... in last years.
there is another things w/o a "value" in gam elike teach newbies to play l2, advice about classes, if make or not suports , making teams.

90% of the cases, clan get lvd up for members not the the leader, so there is nothing to exchange for.
same stuff with the xp bonus, u need ppl to put in use, not just the leader. so nothing to exchange.
lots of ppl did that and in the end u saw threads like wts clan lv blablabla
