During weekly maintenance this morning, Wednesday, September 14, a script on our end was run by mistake that resulted in the deletion of players’ stocks of Maphr’s Wind Scrolls earned during the Hungry Horse event. These items were originally not intended to be removed until maintenance on October 12. Unfortunately, we’re not currently able to restore these scrolls for players without them being automatically deleted again whenever we have a server restart.
That said, we have record of how many scrolls each player had when maintenance began. To address the issue, we’ll be performing an item insertion with maintenance next week, Wednesday, September 21, to restore Maphr’s Wind Scrolls for all affected players.
We apologize for the inconvenience that the extended maintenance and scroll deletion caused today. We’ve placed a Compensation Bundle on the L2 Galleria (http://store.lineage2.com/store/detail?goodsNo=232812&categoryPath=1_7) for all players to claim for free. This bundle will be on the Galleria for one week and can be claimed once per account.

They said, that they will restore your Maphr's Scrolls once they fix the problem - ETA next week. Till then you can enjoy a compensation bundle pack from L2 galleria. That means - nothing to loose!

However, although I appreciate the 200% 7 day exp rune per account, in my case, doesn't work quite well. You see, I am an avid K95 Box run player and have 21 x characters in 3 x accounts and enjoy doing the box runs for K95 duo mostly or Trio...about 7 x K95 runs a day on average, each taking 20-30 minutes. I played the event and got some maphr's scrolls myself but also bought some 1,000+ more maphr's scrolls with the intention of leveling my chars to a certain level by Oct/12/2016. 1 x 200% rune 7 day is good for only 1 char per account....
And here is another thing. When a L2 player level a char beyond Level 101, this is what they do.
Exp rune 100% or 200% is the basic,
2 x AF = Cake is a must(100 Ncoin) + eruption potion(160 Ncoin) + Freya/maphr's scrolls + 1 x AF pass (40 Ncoin)
my point here is...it's not just maphr's scrolls....players who buy maphr's scolls are players who spend 10k+ ncoins/month just for leveling boosts per char and you made them upset and disappointed.
now you need to understand, for the people leveling with a CP, this is everyday business and they made their purchase of maphr's scrolls based on their leveling plan...and without extending the maphr's scrolls by 1 more week, i.e. oct/19/2016, I don't think it will be the same...and even if it were, it wouldn't be the same...we would still be 1 week x 100% exp behind all the time.
Ah..well....damage is already done and nothing is perfect, I guess.
I just hope we recover all maphr's scrolls correctly on the next server maintenance. At least, Free 200% 7 day rune is good for all players in Lineage2 I think...

Compensation would be something that only affected people obtain.
On the contrary, lose a week instead of extending it for 2 weeks (which may be a direct compensation to those affected) clearly does not compensate those affected, so we were not compensated in any way.
Therefore ncsoft gentlemen, waiting to have been as objective as possible, I request assess this situation.
Hoping to be compensated, which in our inventory possessed the "scroll Maphr s wind event" deleted.
I hope no question of deception by the company and simply be a mistake for lack of objectivity and evaluation of the problem

You've been compensated more than generously with those expensive 200% 7 day runes.They wouldn't have given them if there wasn't the problem with the maphr scrolls. Clean and clear, fair and square.
Everyone was affected, even those who didn't possessed scrolls at the time, since anyone could have bought some and use them, but couldn't.Enter the 200% runes that perfectly compensate the week without those scrolls.
Deletion as scheduled, don't expect at extension of that time frame, so make sure you use /sell all you've stocked of these scrolls.
