a few things that i doubt

Hello ppl,

I have a few doubts on my mind.

1st accuracy is afecting the chance of the blows skills hit succesfully?

2nd i saw in a post of jujis lab that items with +skill attack doesn't affecto blows skill but is strikethrough. so is still like that or now is affecting blows?

and 3rd and last is the evasion currently affecting in somehow to evade skills attacks?

so the evasion also affect in somehow the evasion to skills right? coz i have 247 evasion how much percent i have to evade an skill?
