I got karma while on siege today and during the fight I get a mysterious incantation can be felt message on the system window and get teleported to nearest chaotic spawn(as if I bsoed or so).

Like i said during the siege these Russians are amusing ..using programs exploits etc and acting like Top players..anyway you can see from the video dudot targeting me and using the scroll prolly.
Well Dh make a leaving out of this game its not a secret ...they tried so had this siege to take heine from us they had 10 low lvl toons to come fast create a clan to troll etc..they really need to protect their source of income and we are apparently a threat to them.
For sure they will use all possible means to elliminate us like exploits bugs programs...

This game actually has alot of exploits right now and i know of 3 bots that work at the moment.... so if anything fishy is going on its probably a exploiter/scripter doing it..... NCsoft will never stop this and they will never ban any of the exploiters/scripters lol they have already proved they wont with many of the very well known botters/scripters/rmters still doing the same old stuff
anyway who cares this game is on its death bed now im sure they notice that their income has dropped significantly along with population

Anyway its not about knowing or not somethings, the issue is
"It summons the selected chaotic character." isnt the same make the opponent chaotic character(without being in party or anything to begin with) forcefully bsoe to town.
I think thats a small deviation from what its supposed to do, dont you think?

Just because they dont know all the bugs and exploits of the game doesnt mean they are not a ""connoisseur" of the game (as you said).
Some people do not go looking for bugs to exploit for their own profit.

Scroll says summon the selected target (how I see it, meant to be used to summon friendly people somewhere outside battle so they can burn their karma,lower their pk count etc), not use it as a forceful bsoe on enemy players. There is clearly a difference between what it does and what it says it does. IF ofcourse Juji comes and states this is intended behavior and its just a ****** translation or whatever I ll accept it and start using it also(for instance on the chaotic toons you use to kill baium support toons). Until then this question is open and I ll refrain from using this like I did all last 6months you ve been playing around with it.

I read all english forums of this game, now if you referring to russian forums no I wont do that, thanks. Noone is complaining, I made a post to see if this is intended behavior(in which case we ll start abusing it also) or something that doesnt work as intended and in which case should not be used and should also be fixed.

Why would it be an exploit when it's a game feature, which can also be obtained inside the game. If it wouldn't exist and something like that would happen, then it would be called an exploit OR bug. I can also use my wyvern - which is a game feature - to fly around the map - which is a game feature - find a raid boss and lure him somewhere people cant reach him, then I kill it w/o interference.

Since flying + wyvern is ofc intended features it shouldnt be an issue I suppose.
On Russian servers scroll says "Return", google also translates "Return" from Korean.
On Russian/EU servers I know many ppl which use them during pvp.
Its a part of anti-PK system which has come to us with CoC

1k range is one quick charge from yul, 102 raids ive lured like 5000-10000 range to reset minions..
