Maphr's Wind Scrolls that were prematurely deleted (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/announcements/maphrs-wind-scroll-09142016.php) during last week's maintenance will be inserted into players' inventories.
These items will be deleted on October 12 as originally intended.
The Compensation Bundle will be removed from the L2 Galleria.
The Flash Sale (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/store-promos/flash-sale-Sept-2016.php) will end.
The following changes and bug fixes will be applied:
Improved Compounding window.
A separate inventory window was added when compounding.
Repeated compounding can now be done with less dragging and clicking of the same level items.
Changed description of Pailaka (Rune Castle) to Rune Castle.
Fixed an issue where stacking vitality maintaining effects did not properly refresh when one expired before the other.
Fixed a typo with the "Foreshadowed Death B" hairstyle description in the Beauty Shop.
Fixed a typo with the skill name "Bow Strike" being shown as "Tornado Shot."
Fixed a typo in the Agathion Joon description. The run speed bonus was mentioned twice.
Monkey Belt P. Def amount was incorrectly listed as 50. It has been changed to display the actual value of 35 it provides.
Fixed an issue where sometimes an Apparition stone could be used without spawning the raid boss.
Standard database maintenance and application restarts will be performed.

why would you end the sale before maintenance? Was gonna buy more maintain pots and boom, server crashes and sale gone, couldn't end it durring maintenance?
Will we be able to get Elysium weapons again for EWR? Im kinda new to this game and been only here for one Red Libra event and it was II. So since this is Red Libra III will we be able to get Elysium weapons aswell?:D

This is the 3rd Red Libra event, so they call it Red Libra 3, but actually this is Red Libra version 2.0(only improvements are the added option to exchange dark/bloody/shadow weapons), not 3.0 (added the exchange of brooch jewels stage 3/4)
All other older options don't have any changes to them.:)

Have 2 question, why this Shirt have so high price? and why cant trade? or at least on purchase? if so high priced?
I mean, some1 look ncoin and can be lose his adena for fraud cause of you guys, how to handle this? its ncsoft failt if some1 fraud a player.
Why Maphrs wind scrolls will be deleted on October 12? It is not our fault that u deleted them and we lost 7 days when we could not use them. If we lost 1 week then delete them on 19,10,2016. Thanks

+16 Dark Amaranthine Weapon of Choice
A PvP R99-grade weapon enchanted to +16. Player has choice of weapon type. In addition, player will receive 2 Stage 10 SAs of choice and 1 Mystic Soul Crystal.
Juji, there are 2 weird things in the promo description:
1. "Stage 10" SAs for the +16 Dark Amaranthine weapon reward. Isn't stage 8 SA max possible now? (Not like i'm going to get this weapon - just wonder if that's possible to get stage 10 SA ingame...)
2. At the bottom there is a note: "To qualify for the rewards, you need to have a Reflect shirt with the corresponding enchantment level" - does this mean only the reflect shirts will be rewarded or the shiny shirts too as it's mentioned before?

correction: important: Enchantment rewards are only for Reflect and Shiny shirts. Elemental Shirts that are enchanted are excluded from receiving enchantment rewards. The enchantment rewards will be distributed during the maintenance of October 26

For Crist sake Juji can i ask you increase amount of if not valakas, antharas bottle drops then altleast a baium bottles ? so many unused normal epics without any job in AH just hanging there and my hart is tearing apart. ))

shiny shirt at +9/10 says: received damage decreases by 3%

edit: saw 1 linked ingame today and the answer is: both bonus apply so the typo is more a missing part of the full bonus listIt's a typo on the page. You get Skill re-use delay reduction by 3% for +9/+10.

It is only possible to compound up to Stage 8. Stage 10 exists in the game, but has not been distributed through events or raids yet.
2. It's a typo on the page. You get enchantment rewards only for Shiny or Reflect shirts.

can we safe enchant the shiny shirt till +3????Safe enchant up to +3. If you enchant with regular scroll from +3 to +4, then it will get destroyed.

Seriously, why do you think they will remove those scrolls...They are a drop that used to matter from a boss that used to matter.
Spellbooks well known from Chronicle 4 also used to matter but they are removed! :D
Instead of useless items such as those mentioned above Zaken could drop soul crystals, sealed armor, jewels, etc. Just something we can use in game!

the ultimate shirt pack is way too expensive.. adding the destruction scroll was a nice touch but not many will actually buy that pack.. should have done something with a price around 12k Coins..

I bought it, specifically for that scroll. Did I feel it was worth it? No, not really.
Not a single +8 shirt came from all 250 scrolls. I only managed to upgrade an old +7 to 8 with the special scroll. But I've used 2 more of those since and both failed.
Given that I've heard similar from other people (either it failed, or they used several and most failed) that "ultimate" pack should have come with at least 5 of those scrolls given the price.
With just one scroll, I think it needs to be closer to 12k coins. The success rates in this one, at least for me, are much much worse than the other shirt events. These shirts blow up going to +4 and 5 with a crazy high percentage.
Having gamblers personality I typically like these events. The most recent abundance event was my personal favorite, having some bang for your buck, being able to create a solid talisman, and getting other semi useful items
The horse event was Meh getting loads of crap with a few diamonds in the ****.
This event reminds me of the original shirt event back when god came out. I spent a similar amount and ended up with a +3 shirt. Then I quit.
I'll stick with the Octavius shirt I have and save for my gambling funds for another event. Juji ought to take the feedback about the price. Why should I have to make 3 separate transactions to have enough nccoin to buy one pack?

When was Shilen server (now Freya server) a feoh from a green crest clan made a +10 reflect shirt last year when they were introduced such reflect shirts on L2Store.
So he can earn reward of +10 shirt at the time a dragon weapon level 1.

33 shirts for me/8000+ ncoins and only 4 x +5 shirts, all puff to +6. the last one was a shiny, and it's going on +5. i kept it. 100 euros for only +1 DEX vs 1 cent istina shirt. trully free game!!!

Just to clarify Juji? it seems like the question from Gikson might be a bit vague because for me it seems like if someone obtained a shirt prior to this event and enchanted that shirt during this event. If someone obtained a +7.+8.+9 or +10 shiny shirt or the reflect shirts prior to this event, will these shirts also receive the rewards from this event? This might have been answered in a separate post but i could not find it. Could you confirm/disprove this statement Juji?
