few days ago I dismiss 4 players from party inside baylor instance because they started to attack before I charge SOS.
Then I charge SOS and kill both baylors myself.
that dates back to C2 when TH was just stupid overpowered and would be able to 2 shot everything so they went for max defense to stay alive longer to kill more as there was no noticeable penalty for doing so then..

Back then if your TH couldn't kill someone directly you could kill them indirectly by dropping a train of mobs on them... Fun times. My warsmith's first PVP kill was a TH trying to pull that in a cata/necro.
You forgot to Noble "Rafforty" first
That could of gone either way
also could of used wind walk
it's easy to pull a "Fast One" on that Npc
