Estimated downtime is 3 hours 20 minutes.

Standard database maintenance and application restarts will be performed.
Red Libra Event III (www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/red-libra-09212016.php) will continue for another two weeks.

Question please: if I have +8 Shiny Elemental Shirt by the time event ends and I got the reward (Ancient EWR scroll), will that shirt disappear in exchange of the reward?

Okay, so next question is: how GMs know which is the player who just made +8 Shirt recently on this year's event and who had +8 Shirt from last year's event?
Or player who made it from last year's event also get rewards this year? -_-
