Sigel Weapon

I am new to the game and am soon going to be 99. I have been reading around getting to know what is best for the class. My question is regarding what weapon to use. I have a +7 bless apocalypse cutter with health/focus 300 element. With pvp in mind, I read of using a s80 with passive reflect and health sa. This appeals to me but I am worried it is out of date. All threads I have seen are a year or more old. Is Tauti the best option?

Anyways, thanks in advance.

best for low budget pvp is to get a simple +4 r grade cutter and put HP / HP + Haste SA on it and then try some luck with getting a decent augment like pull/stun etc. debuf success rate or if ur very lucky pvp resist/passive reflect damage

a tauti axe is fine but the above will give you way more HP and allows you to save money for other things or to invest in a pve weapon etc
