Fancy rod not giving 50% bonus exp

Hi i dont know if im doing something wrong but fishing with special bait 99 gives 835kk exp, with fancy rod gives 278kk+ exp. but 50% of 835kk is 417,5kk. sp gives 2kk, with fancy 668k+. So... am i missing something? im asking cause i really dont understand those maths :confused:. thanks for reading.

At lv101, 853,564,719 xp (Bonus: 284,521,573)

853,564,719 - 284,521,573 = 569,043,146 BASE rate of XP

559,043,146 * .5 = 284,521,573 (bonus)

Add the two together...

853,564,719.
