As for NCsoft, you can view this as a pessimistic feedback, but you can also view this content as opinions and suggestions made by the players on their own volition, and it's given to you for FREE. It's a free marketing research basically.
1. No money, No PvP: Top L2 PvP is not about skills or experience or even gears anymore. Even if the player has every Top endgame gear(Full Dark + boss Jewels,) s/he still needs to spend money to compete in PvP. Eva's Rune + PvP buff + PvP Dyes + potions + feather of blessing...etc. They are all temporary and needs to keep spending money to be good in PvP. LOL
It's the sense of dependency that I don't like.
2. Nstore is getting more and more expensive: Whenever there was a Nstore promo or event, the special discount package denomination used to be under 8k Ncoins; then it got increased to 19.2k (shirt) and 12k(Heine fishing.)
what's gonna be next year???
3. Boost the Epic Raid Drops: Last Monday, I did 21 men Ekimos and made 7mil adena, Epic Tauti for 8mil....LOL Yeah, the Epic RB drops are jokes now.
Seriously, we need better drops.
4. Actually we need better drops in L2 game play in general: I wanna see dorfies spoiling and crafting again. The enchant rates without the Nstore stones are almost 0% as it is, so even if you increase the matt drops for weapons and armors, you will still sell lots of Enchant stones and tickets anyways. So why not revive the matt collecting & crafting of Dorfies???
Give us the joy of making stuff again!
5. Do something about 3rd party programs and scripts plz: this is the biggest problem of L2. I am sure NC is working on it but we need constant check-ups and maintenance on this issue.

1)Lets imagine 1 vs 1... Than OK p2w i mean better gear win and **** it! its OK! Pay for temporary items + end game gear > just endgame gear... again ok... But ncsoft went too far ... I mean that ppls with 60kkk gear are 1 shot deal for credit card warriors... 1 aoe and entire pt down...
While those credit card warriors are almost immortals... You cant damage them, you cant debaff/stun them, no chance to lethal and etc...
Than you wonder why is low online... Its mostly because of such (PvP)...
1 pt with 2 heals 1 iss and 4 dd will easily wipe even 200 players lol... Just heal and aoe lol...
Reduce **** endgame gear power... ok when you loose 1 vs 1, 7 vs 7 even 14 vs 7... But loose 30+ - 100+ vs 7?! seriously... do something with it...
make debaff/stun min land rate 20%, make maximum aoe damage in pvp 10k, i cant get why AOE must do damage more than 10k in pvp! Add lethal strike chances... Fix reflect, add multi character skills (its like when 3-5 player using op damage skill if press it at once) actually there is many solution to make pvp alive...
Understand me correctly its not envy. Envy mean that i want be like them, but i dont! i dont want kill all with 1 shoot , be immortal and etc...
2) - 5)What can be farmed in l2?
its:
1)instances from baylor till epic tauti
2)open field rbs
3)gainak
4)open field farm
5)grand bosses (aq, baium, dragons, lilith, anakim, kelbim, trasken)
And you know its SAD:
1)is hard and give few and limited drops... In my opinion instance drops might be increased in amount, add more items to be dropped and increase chances also...
Worse things are: Frintezza drop bottle 0,1% - 0,5% LOL!

Balok give stable drop 2 time week need 1..2 normal dd, ch siege give nice drop every 2 week need 1 simply dd, and 3 week ago in freya instance i got fragment 3sa etc
Sometimes, wherever I get the free time to do it, I solo at raider's crossroads for nice xp + a chance for full R99 weapopn drop + xtra perk of getting keys for mob with rly nice xp or sometimes dark etermal stone drop. Iv'e been doing this for a long time, and sometimes, been lucky with a weap drop, and a dark stone more often. It is indeed a good part time xtra boost of xp and (income if lucky). Beyond that, spamming balok with alts, clanhall instance like mentioned above, or spamming epics with many cp alts and spamming oly with a horde of low toons for ge along with playing the market, makes the game progress more than viable if youre decently geared. Don't follow what Nubsoft tells you to do on each update. Do what you need and as many times as you have to, to try achieve what you want. Now, for PvP, like the OP said, you need lots of paid consumables. The thing is, that not that many ppl are willing to spend their guts out to win no-matter-what. Remember that in this game, unfortunately, player skill and player experience comes 2nd. Imo, enjoy the game as it is and enjoy it your way -- dont give a **** about what others do and try to be resourceful :)
You forgot to mention this fishing event which is literally the death of this game. As if all the credit card warriors weren't already overpowered and stacked to the teeth with both dark weapons and armor for pvp but also decked with bloody gear to turn all the valuable raids into a monopoly. But now they are all pushing 103 and 104 on Zaken and I'm sure 106 on Chronos. Literally just paying for NCSOFT to bot them to their desired levels with no repercussions or thought about people who can't drop the money. Immortal scrolls dropping left and right completely defeating the hard work and money people have spent in the past to get all their skills +10. And +5 CHA dyes which you can't even touch without blowin a hole in your pocket. Coming from someone who has burnt themselves out in the last couple events I haven't even touched this game since this event started. Servers are dead and all I'm hearing is people leveling like it's a field day. Once the events over the credit carders are going to stock up on bait with their permanent poles and continue to xp to it runs out and then right back to their raid boss monopolies while the rest of us are stuck on our 100 or 101 toons with half our skills +6 or lower. PVP will be dead. It's going to be the handful of high rollers left playing. Every body else may as well just quit cause you ain't gonna be doing any damage. I thought the +16 weapons were bad, but this is just a whole other level of bs. The time it will take for anyone to catch up after this event is not even fathomable. Literally shooting yourself in the foot if you couldn't afford to partake in this event. There should have been level caps or something put in place but leave it to NCSOFT to bank and squeeze every bit of money out of this game while dropping it's player base thinner and thinner.

Such is the sad truth of Lineage2 at the current time.
Be comforted by the fact that leveling with fishing is definitely not cheap after LvL 100. At least people who do, they are paying the good price for it.
