The current block for the countries below is in effect for new account creation across all NCWest titles.
A few countries were also blocked from logging into the game due to global issues.

We also do not have any plans to block other Countries That are not mentioned on the list.I do not want to close the game seriously? By blocking IP Naia countries to reduce the populations of some 500-800 players online.

With this approach your company, I can say that you are a serious company.
Prohibited the access to the game the person who play here more than 8 years and tell them that if they want to continue to play must go on inn.ove? Well do you feel? Who would go on inn.ove if spent here 8 years of their lives and money? For me, a better solution is **** both your company and start playing something new MMo.
Why do not you lock them the ability to create new accounts, but give them the opportunity to play continuously.
Really nice answer for paying customers. We block countries in list, we will not close servers, just do some reducing the number of players on-quarter. And also... We are closing this topic. ***** you nc.

Other countries from the list cannot create accounts but are still able to play and considering what Juji posted they will still be able to play.

You should say thanks to those countrys for being the most rmt-ers, scripts maker. And don't worry servers will be ok without those bots anyway and servers will not close anytime soon at least not before merging servers in 1-2 servers look at i n n ova they run 1 server ok for like 4-5 years.

Well don't be so happy i think this about consumer right. They broke the law by blocking access without previously informing the people about it.

I know that ppl can log now lol. But i say don't be so happy. Now they inform ppl about the situation of an official and can no obstacles to block all. Just know the basics of law. What do you do on Tuesday ukraine approached under the criminal code in all countries because it violated the rights of the consumer.
the sanctions placed by the US Department of State is actually mandatory for all companies dealing with the USA, no exceptions possible and breach of it's regulations has severe legal consequences - go google it if you don't fully understand what's that about.
the real tricky part is on the reasons for blocking those other countries as per my previous posts on this topic using contractual agreements with I N N O V A is complete bull and counter to the assurances the existing NCWest player base was given at the time the whole franchise stuff happened.
Sure NCWest will not stop provide L2 but by restricting/removing step by step the majority of their player base they can just as well shut down completely or start merger process for the 1 server that's going to be more then enough to sustain the few left over players.
By being vague about the real reasons as to why these other countries got blocked NCWest does not handle the situation well nor remove the current sentiment that sooner or later all of Europe will under go the same treatment as EU L2 (Core) has the same contractual agreements with NC as RU L2 aka pending on the truth behind the blockage Europe could still be next.
Note how NCWest has not clearly communicated that the current blockage list is final or answer any of the voiced concerns about potential future impact for all NON NA/LA NCWest players, in particularly for their existing European Player base whom have very valid reasons to be concerned here as explained above.

that's the sanctions placed by the US Department of State list aka the one NC has to abide with which has nothing to do with the other countries that got IP blocked as those were flagged as such by NC themselves and for which we really should get a better clarification that what has been provided so far.

First country of our planet's firm - NCsoft do so bad things.
But, i dont say it.
I am jusy say, L2 is evil game.
Just look clear.
Game want you agree they not obliged not all, can do what they want.
