I guess this is the 5th or 6th thread regarding the matter but let's making something clear.

I mentioned in another thread before, but we are not planning to close L2 servers at all.
We also do not have any plans to block other countries that are not mentioned on the list.
The list in https://support.lineage2.com/hc/en-us/articles/217017506?flash_digest=3759963b4b43743c06d6e348168 e40201aa22f68 states that mentioned countries "not be able to login or create an account", therefore there is missing info regarding what countries will still be able to login.
As far as my knowledge extends I N N O V A also operates European Core server and it would be polite to explain what is the agreement concerning non Slavic European countries.
I am Lithuania resident and all this matter came to my attention due to similar situation with the launch of Aion back in ~2009 when Baltic states were considered to be excluded from NCwest servers:

Therefore please provide accurate info regarding bans on creation and login/creation country list and inform if European players should be considered as there is a server "dedicated" to their region.
