Since you are a profesional company with a large career , i guess at the moment you choice to block these Ips you KNEW!!! and you already have compensation for your costomers , you had to thought about what was going to happens. I hope you can deal faster with this.

all their NCWest servers are centralized in 1 location mens , only way to fix is to proxy bounce from different geographic locations. its not hard for any butthurt ukrainian adena farmer with warehouse of pc's to keep ddos when they know their server locations and infos :(.
No this is a 200% xp boost for 2 weeks with full vit before there's riot in the L2 streets emo! But really though that's not too much to ask for is it? Not gonna kill the pocket book too much if u give what the gamer really wants and that MORE XP BOOST!! :D :cool: :p
i would prefer a nice pack again from l2 galeria (cakes weapon vp etc) + as long as this event is up no xp loose upon death :D pvp time weirdos :P lets have some fun :P

Please, don't make it only with XP/SP stuff.

well i do not play too long around but always i was annoying from the bots... the fact i still play is that i like the game and i have friends around so no they have to do something for the bots !!! and come one say the truth you also want to :P

the 2015 i try use some program. i used a nice pack from one of the top scripers around. is really incredible the diference in pvp at least... was a nice period of my L2 adventured. I mean u do it with the risk ofcse, xd these toons got banned, but was fun to learn another side of the l2 haha.

Goodness, people, we have a serious problem with stability and all some people can think about is compensation. Let's get the problem fixed first, then get compensation if NCSoft is willing to give it. Thanks for the update, Juji. Gl in figuring out how to deal with it.

u need to get 99 with at least +10 weapon and every boost on str plus critical dmg stuff on a titan or eviscerator with some iss with at least lv3 buffs and mystic immunity.
and u cant do that without store/rmt.
after droping money on the stuff i said u are allowed to make adena without the need to use ur master card.
and this i m talking the legit way, 2 or 3 accounts.
buying l2 store = rmt. where dafuq do u think the adena u trade l2store stuff comes from?

well i can say the opposite but i am not gonna write down all the ways you can use to make some adena and items in the game :D it need hard work many toons hours or farming (instances mostly +olly coc ) and CP... when you are not able to do this then you need to pay store etc or you need to have patient and spend your time in game by doing some ACTIONS and not by walking around the towns speaking with friends in chat etc :D game gives everything but need to spend time :p think about it search it more and you will maybe find out

:O who i am ? well i have not make hard work for my healer :D i am lazy kinda that's why as i said before i have not good gear yet :) but when i was playing as yul and had more time i used to do many thinks in game to make up some stuff (like the stupid daily q at 80+ lvl for he 1m) xD and many many other things

usually the droplist from all mobs in the game is loaded when it spawn. it has been this way till 2013, when they discover that one script on one of the bots ncwest manage to shutdown showed that list. but i think it still works the same way.
u can see the difference with the fish box reward, when u opened u got a delay, or something like a screen frozen, these box, didnt have a droplist attached to it, they run a random list when u click on it.
so mobs in order to gerate a "real time" droplist they would make ur game frozen like those box everytime u killd one,
same goes for enchant that sometimes u can feel the screen frozen.
but if u are saying that everytime a raidboss spawn gerate a drop list with the jewell in it with very low % of droping it, ok i think the runes ll maybe increase this %. but i dont think everyraid boss gerate the list with the jewell in it.

in the past we had SPOIL event lol:
__Double Drop/Spoil
__Item drop rates and spoil rates are doubled.
__Adena drop quantity is doubled.
__Seal Stone drop quantities and drop rates are doubled.
__Applies to raid bosses and regular drops.
1. Event update Bug: I think this is probably the most likely. In the past, whenever there was a major Nstore event, the update was applied without thorough testing, resulting in crashing the servers.
2. DDOS attack: This is also possible; especially with all the people fishing all the time, server seems overloaded most of the time.
My suggestion for compensation
= 200% exp boost for 2 weeks:
1. This will make everyone happy and should be enough compensation for the people crying about loss of passes, exp runes, freya+maphr's scrolls.
2. People will use up all Freya scrolls and whatever the K95 passes they have, and will buy more passes if they have to, not just K95 but Kama and AF passes as well. Some people will even buy 200% exp rune 1 week, I am sure.
With most of the freya scrolls consumed, you will sell more Freya event around Christmas time.

Other Ncsoft games like Guild Wars 2 Aion etc. have same issues. Its not a specific attack only for L2.

You do realise that all Ncsoft games cut access to specific countries like Ukraine?
I will repost here in case the other one got missed, here are some ideas for compensation pack to not just help out people in general but also for different losses which are a lot higher due to limited opportunities.
Instances (daily and raid) lost, coc matches for progressing exalted quest lost, xp/sp lost, staggered character progression.
Ideas for compensation pack:
- AF reset pass x days that dc issues persist (make it claimable only by level 100+ character if afraid of abuse)
- Baylor/cc reset pass x days that dc issues persist (make it only claimable by level 97+ character if afraid of abuse)
- Raid reset pass bundle for istina, octavis and tauti if that exists (make it only claimable by each respective level)
- XP/SP rune 100 or 200% for respective level (1-85 if very low level, 1-95 if low level, 1-99 for mid level and 100+ for high levels) round up to rune that comes closest to the days lost eg 1x 7 day or multiple 7 day if issues persist for more then that.
Unique special Enchanting packs to aid in character progression also different then previous xp/sp boosts:
- Talisman pack which gives a small amount of energy of destruction + giant energy
- Enchant pack (are there bound GEAR/GEWR/BEAR/BEWR?)
- Gamblers pack, there are a lot of chests which give random rewards that are not really event tied but do contain some decent items without having items that are a little bit too much or costly due to taking away from event based purchases. I doubt anyone minds a little freebie like this. Stuff like codex box for example with random codex, codex chapter 1 or mastery/mastery chapter 1.
Special request due to unique circumstances:
Boost running exalted quest like coc/oly, taking leadership etc that have special requirements/conditions that are affected due to current dc problems.
Calculate what amount a person could have had in total and increase quest count by that amount minus 1 for completion so quest can't bug, i am sure people wont mind doing just 1 more to finish it.
I would encourage others to come up with other ideas for compensation if i missed anything here.
Let NCWest know what we would really appreciate for the losses we took so they know exactly how to optimize their compensation pack for us so some wont feel completely left out when none of the given compensations mean anything to them.

I can tell you the main pt does kama in less than 5minutes, octavis and istina is one activation i cant say times bcs stupid annoyng videos, tauti same, tauti epic i didnt take time is harder yet =P.

im sure only my padawans in Furyans maded their homework, Exping SOS to 99, these who learned well soon making Kama Duo with very low gear, but able to make epics between 2-3ppl...wich is pretty closer about how Max does many things in a small scale. When each CP member is able to generate 10-15b at week you are doing well. I can talk for me im able to solo some instances as Iss Enchanter xd and im not top gear.
Sadly there is always idiots who try to see who "have it" more bigger and cant shedule nothing. till then Rbs 100+ will belong to Max even when im very VERY sure people could take it easy (easy in my terms...people use to be lazy...i truly muiss the tiems when i just force clans to do what i want and things work)

You are not completly accurate, be fair with Inferno group.
They are basically a clan inside other clan and what they do is "sell a service to Max" same as Gauss aka Meowis does (kill Lindvior with 1 pt rune drops.), im sure if Max try to keep the raids 100+ Inferno already owns, Inferno could succes more than any who already fought Max. There is no force in Freya to keep raids, so why complain if lazy ppl cant even try harder or doesnt know the meaning of "try harder". Just look these alliance Pokedex+Hazard+Arenadigital... 2 weeks ago my CP not even full joined their CC to test CP dps, only our pt maded more damage than 100 re tards together in a few seconds..and CP is not even top, random pvp at parna is useless....

For those saying about people "crying" for compensation, Juji actually already said before they give compensation they first want to be sure that the problems actually have been fixed which makes sense.
People ask for compensation for different reasons like coc being limited time only for exalted quest or leadership quest which relies on dailies that if you happen to dc you wont get your quest item for.
Other people who have spend money to purchase XP runes and other items that have a time limit which are basically void when you dc and wont benefit from said item so these people have full rights to ask for a compensation.
Other then that some people only have a limited amount of time to play and have given money trough events and want to enjoy the spending that they did by playing their character instead of looking at error screen.
I could give countless examples that could compare to this case but given the type of responses it kinda feels like a waste of time trying to convince these people and to not just insult others for whatever reason if it doesn't affect them in the slightest.
Guys stop coming here for asking compensation for thoses time lost.
1st - It's NOT NCSOFT FALT ! They have ZERO obligations to do any compensation due to this circumstances. They got attacked so it's not a bad update or human error.
2nd - IF they want to give any compensation THEY will choose what they will give. So don't come here saying "i want that, or that, or that". Like all previous compensations we get in the past THEY CHOOSE WHAT WE GET. If you lost some instance because of disconnection go make a support ticket and they will probably send you an extra instance pass. That's all.

This has already been explained a dozen or more times. The money that this game brings in, all goes towards their mobile division and other projects. They put 0 money back into this game, because they don't plan on it being around that much longer. Maybe one year, maybe two, but it's not worth investing anything into it. Once it stops making x amount of money, that will be it, and they will just pull the plug.
