I just stumbled upon this on twitter (
https://twitter.com/GuildWars2/status/799081599434452995). Guildwars2 is also affected by issues of disconnections and lag due to DDoS attacks.
Kind of strange for this to be a coincidence at the same time we are experiencing the problems.
Could it be that there are other motives behind those attacks than the country bans?
Edit: After some searching I did read the fine print, NCsoft is involved in that game so... I am no longer confused...
