Battle rhapsody and reducing cooldown

Okey guys so all I know to reduce cooldown of my precious Battle Rhapsody as Iss Doomcryer is to get necklace (i got istina necklace), +8 leather set, wizard harmony, ability points for extra -5% cooldown and thats all.
It is on 5 minutes and 30 seconds already. Any suggestions what can I do to reduce it even more ?

I was planning to buy subscription pack to get eva's rune for extra 20%.

Active and physical refresh augment. Kamael agathion. Passive refresh augment (so rare it doesn't exist?). Challenge aura from tank. Change to hiero iss. Wind scroll. Insanity talisman. A future stage 6 aquamarine.

Only hierophant can 5min cooldown, with ap 5% coold., necklace 10% coold. and 10% from set +8, if u want 5 or less minuts reuse u need rune yes or yes, u need this 10% who give hiero passive , if u buy rune u have less than the 5min bcs with 10% extra u reach it.
Dwarf racial pasive 1% extra, insanity 3% extra(super expensive), augment 5% extra (now no old lifestones hard/impossible to get).
With ur items + eva rune i think u reach 4min30sec BR cooldwon with warcryer if not wrong, 4min on hierophant.

@yuen you are missing something. BR with refresh augment is around 3:33 or so

+8 shiny shirt also gives reduced skill cd.

It is actually possible for hiero to get below a 3 minute cooldown (only when refresh augment is up plus all other items/buffs).

Also I think party solidarity gives skill cd too. If so then it would be possible to get below 2.5 minutes.

+8 shiny does give skill cd, but since my lil prophet is a box. I opted not to give it an overpriced shirt.

Quickest I've seen was a 3:47 second but that was before the introduction of a lot of items. I think if I calculated it correctly 2:53 seconds should be the fastest possible time, but I have been wrong before.

About active refresh: that augment itself has a cooldown of 10min. or even longer. I didnt find this very helpful.

an NC Store agathion from a while ago, you got 2 of each type and pending on the type they add 5%patt/matt/pdef/mdef or skill refresh 3% I think..

atm irrelevant as either you have it and know what it does or you don't and won't be able to get it until next time they go on sale which may be whenever..

So why did you mention it in first place, since you knew OP wouldnt be able to get it, like, now?

so he is aware about it's existence and will recognize it when those agathions go back on sale as else it's quite easy to overlook such thing, knowledge is power yadada etc.
