I have a big question. Macro is legal or illegal?
I mean if i shout "Wts/Wtt/Wtb/etc."(not spaming or something)in a town from macro, is that legal thing? And if i make a great working macro and farm mobs with using my macro, is that reason for ban or is that a bad user mod? That thing is not really clear for me. I guess this auto macro thing is part of the game nowday, so if that part of the game can be legal? It confused me a bit. :confused:

If macro was illegal it won't be even implemented in game for players to use it...simple as that :)
You can use it for shouting in towns but if shouting will be too often/fast you can get a chat ban for it.
You can use and make macro in game for farming mobs, making dailies etc. It is no problem at all. Problem is that some of the players do not like other people which is macroing and can or will be try to mess up with your macro. Like flag and kill your DD if it is not set to target and kill specific mobs and just using next target.

If i have 3 pc can i use 3pc/3box characters out of town?

If you are not using forbidden 3rd party programs which NC Soft can ban you using them for then most likely there is no problem with using different boxes from different PCs.
But as I already mentioned you can expect and be ready from time to time players to mess up with your characters on macro. I would suggest if you really wanna use lots of toons for macroing to pick up a spot(s) where there are no dailies and if possible to avoid real players running around, aka some hidden spots where not many people are going and can cause your macroing toons problems...
Macro can be set up to target just specific mobs and in this case it is perfectly safe. There are some zones where mobs are named like BLABLA MOB, BLABLA MOB2 etc. So when targeting BLABLA will only target these mobs and there will be no problem macroing like that.
Problem with specific targeting is that not in every zone mobs got similiar names and with using specific targets macro gets a little slower down cause when mob die it did not disappear instantly and you are still getting that dead mob on your target till it's gone...
