Can you PLEASE do something about our inventory slots, it's such a pain in the *** trying to get low enough to switch to dual I actually gave up and didn't play last night. And why are there like 3 different bsoe's, that doesn't help.
Welcome to the world of Lineage II.

Have 200 slots available in inventory?
TOO BAD, you must only have 80 occupied to switch from a subclass or 90something to switch from a dual class.

I have 178 slots on my main and 178 on dual.
I need to be at ~142 for switch my main/dual.
But it's not a problem.
Problem is WEIGHT.
I have 15% load at main, when I switch to dual - it turns to ~20%
And sometimes I can't switch back to dual from main.
I even record a video. https://youtu.be/pE0bdZBRCtk
I spoke with support team. And guess what they answer?
"It is b'cos you have too much beast soulshots"
Item with 0 weight, sure, makes problems :D
you're a dwarf and that race has different rules for switching, for any other race it has to be 95 items to change main / dual and even less for sub class..
Organize your inventories, for example I rarely for problems changing dual/main, even considering that I'm a tyrr that had 9 wpns in inventory.
You're just being lazy.

Except it doesn't really work when you need it most. Just a few examples:
1. Must be in a peace zone
2. Must not be in a dimensional server
3. Only 8 items per mail, so good luck if you have 150+ items and need to switch off a subclass. By the time you are done people will have completed Lindvior (or any long raid)

And it is ironic when you have 97/158 items (assume same expand inventory on main and dual) and you cannot switch because "inventory limit has been exceeded". It makes all items and skills that give you extra slots pretty much worthless. Only the awakening slot increase actually has an effect, nothing else (aside from a cosmetic "effect").

RACE. Not a class.
Why I don't have on dual then?
And ANYWAY. It's 11 and 17%, I can't switch after I reach 15% on main (it's ~22-23% on dual).
Switching should be absolutely normal with at least 20% (179/200 and you can switch) of free space in inventory and at least 49% (as far as I know) free weight.

I still don't know how much weight and slots should I have free for switch between main/dual.
Basic it's: 80% slots (179/200) and 50 or 60%% (afak) weight limit.
But no. I can't switch my class with this rules...
this game is really full of bugs... I don't feel myself like I play an official server. Really. FULL. OF. BUGS.
The more I play the more I see that...
But who will listen me? nobody.
Who will fix all of them? nobody...
Thank you NCsoft for amazing gaming experience.
Same issue here

My lengthy communication with support resulted in:
"We cannot support you further as we're not part of the development process...."

I'm like, cool, so..... what now?

I can only switch classes at 95 items inventory, weight does *not* matter for me as I'm at ~30% for both classes.

I have 170 and 167 inventory space on my dual and main class respectively, not even sure why I bought that extra space as increasing it does *not* do anything for switching classes.

This NEEDS to be addressed, it feels like this bug was introduced recently as I never used to care about item count that much
It's been like that for years now, you probably didn't notice until recently.

Yes, it was always like that. You could only start switching classes anywhere (except Gracia seeds or instances) from GoD, perhaps that's why it feels "recently".
