PVE solo best dps is BD ISS, survive ability is SwM
party style best ISS is PP PoM buff or DC Chant of Bison
PVP only PP ISS cause PoM
btw we're talking about lvl 101 buffs here as that's when the differences between classes really matters
edit: just reread your post and realize you wanted to know about dual class passive skills so even though the above is something you really should be aware here are good skills to select on a SwM ISS
sub class
4x Patt/Matt 4x Pdef/Mdef 4x Crit Rate
dual class
4x Pdef or Hp or the Mental & Physical Resist unless you are stacked for PVE then 4x Patt or 1x Patt + Beserkers Rage
AP set up:
make sure to get the 2x Accuracy Skill for the hidden 10% damage reduction passive - Mist Armor

• After that you can pick or P. Atk. or Casting/Attack Speed, it wont change your character too much.
Its not that hard to decide. You dont have many options.

Best party style Iss for PvP is "Iss Dominator" not Hierophant.
