Since D grade until S grade, each grade had a specifc enchant scroll for it.
Each enchant scroll would give more p.atk and m.atk every + than the previous grade.
(Noobs just read enchant weapon description of each grade and you'll see what Im talking about)
For R and above, there are 3 grades that use same scroll.
That means a R weapons/armos gets same enchant amount as R99. Thats why super oed R grade can do good damage as top R99.
There are only two ways to fix this. Either:
- Make R95 get more p.atk/m.atk for each enchant than R, and ofc, R99 get more than R95.
or
- Whole new equipment grade.
If they will go with fist one, ok. Balance recovered.
If they go with second one, say bb to you hard earned R99 gear.
And you can be sure something will be done.. and its probly option 2, so be ready.

Fix bow critical damage nerf. No reason for it to exist anymore. Game is not what is was 3.5 years ago.
