In order to allow us to better plan for the renewal of enticing Hero Coin rewards, as well reduce player confusion and frustration caused by the erasing of your accumulated Hero Coins, we’re doing away with the annual resets that have typically taken place in January. ok Conquero i just have to say few words based on responce from pplz whoplay event . Its Christmas time you give us freya promo . Its all cool . But To be honest a 100$ pack or more precise 6400 ncoin pack well its nearly 100$ per pack. and it 60% empty . No snow no sira no freya boxes. Peolple is literaly complaining about how low rewards are. 100 $ pack should contain more less 1 good item. Otherway we do not feel any cristmass mood . There is literaly depression in servers . Just once fix this give us this cristmass fun . Yes ppls here like to gamble etc etc but c'mon december 16 2016 . Make it memorable . Those pixels for you is not so expensive lol. For players ? they are precious. We love l2 we love nice brooches on our chars etc etc but there are very poor chances to get them even for very rich pplz who open 4k freya packs. Not to mention what mood has those who playing 1st year or so.
I dont need anything but i want servers get a little bit better mood . Just increase those pixel drops geez.

and another question about Hero coin reward system . There are limit of HEWR we can purchase for hero coins. Will you reset this limit per year or per quarter ? or ?

To be fair, they normally get rid of them in early January, they do the "Hero Coin Promotion" around mid December.
To be fair... most of us EXPECT the reset that they have written in their rules year round... we also expect that on the 14th of december, like evry year to either have an answer about Hero coins, or to have the crate event, EVERY YEAR by the 14th! Why are we seeing this on the 16th? The day after i spent my 4200 hero coin in fear of loosing them?!?!?!

Oh plz. Like you had no choice but to spend them right away, when there are 31 days in December. You had plenty of more time wait for an announcement. It's not like the hero reward items were going anywhere. Has there ever been a time in L2 history, where the hero coins were reset with zero notice given? When did the boxes happen last year? Your fear is totally irrational.
I totally agree. Flash sales and other events randomly appear all the time. So trying to put blame on someone else is irrelevant.

Ive never experienced a reset before... i expect a proper business to conduct itself based upon its written rules or with a fair notice, what i mean by that is, according to the reward system its reset on Jan 1st, so wouldnt that mean that by the 15th i should assume nothing is gonna happen... therefore i have a right to feel the way i do. I panicked and tried to see what i could benefit most from, and nothing there is worth buying currently but the hewrs...
Does this mean hero coins will not be deleted when next major update comes out or you dont have the answer to that one yet ?
