Hello everyone, it's a pleasure to jump in and help take some of the load off of Juji as we do love to over work him here.
I've been sort of sneaking around in the background for a LONG time, but expect to find me hanging around on the forums and dropping by in-game pretty often.
Just a note that with the holiday approaching quickly, we'll be out of the office for a few weeks to spend time with family and friends.

1.NOT to buy and be left behind, get smashed in what they invested - PVP.Game Over.NCSoft wins.
2.They will buy as they always did, try to stay competitive, coz they are addicted and can't handle the "others" beat them.NCsoft always wins :D

I hope you have fun reading their thoughts and opinions; and please try to understand, whether they are right or wrong, in most cases, people write cuz they care about this game.

I have things turned off currently since i'll be out of office starting tonight and i'd like to avoid situations of urgent issues getting sent to a blackhole into the forum message system for several weeks when we have a bug escalation process by contacting support already.
But if you encounter any problems reporting the issue through support, first try asking them directly to forward the information to the L2 QA Team (you can link this post to them if you want :P) and they should just provide us with the details through our internal bug tracking system. Which I can actually see from home when I get an email notification of the bug details.
We will still have dedicated Lineage II testers, i'm still of course working closely with the current testing team and filling in the gaps where it is needed.
Naturally if we have any new tester positions available those will be posted on the job board.

Certainly, I've lurked around the forums for years jumping in where I thought appropriate. There are definitely different opinions and ideologies that get expressed here and I value getting to see things from multiple different points of view.
As for your experience and knowledge on game mechanics I would like to hear your opinion on the 4 year old, currently out of context, bow/crossbow critical damage modifier nerf, that BTW was introduced without any note on patchs during Lindvior update.

Changes making it to live with no documentation was a big concern for us too. As far as I can tell now the 'ninja patches' issue has been entirely fixed as we receive complete documentation on game updates and changes now.
For the bow/cross weapon changes, we ran this question by the Development Team. As we had to confirm if it was a bug or intentionally changed. Of course the answer we received is that it was an intended change.

Hope my suggestion as interim solution until the Korean fix can be applied for our version or something comparable will be done to avoid further dramaz as the situation is not fair for anyone involved - if you read the ticket details then you'll understand how huge the impact & scope of the issue is.

Dear. Neutron! gratz with your new position and one thingy i would like to ask look into. daily coins and rewards. There are reasonable prices for daily coins like blessing scroll for armor lets say could be less thou. But Would you mind reconsider R R95 and weapon blessing scroll prices for Daily coins makes no sense. Another thing longing Talisman 50k daily coins ? I mean i understand you dont want them thing easy to get but this is not even end gear tali anymore since we have insanity. Those longings are compoundable and basically dissapear if you fail. 50K daily coins is impossible to accumulate TBH. So if you can reconsider there amounts of daily coins you asking for those items.
Best way would be if you could research market a little bit and decide appropriate values. Or as option you always can ask ME for advice. I'm heavy market player probably best in NCwest :D.
Another thing is check out ertheia alchemy values and resources Giant ls makes no sence only take alchemy space there. Why did you added those 50 tempest stones ? why this 24 hour limit on windy stones ? now i have to relong my 20 erteias to do 20 atempts :D . Crazy thing again this limit is pointless who want do many attempts they will do it . Just remove saves a lot of hassle . Besides chances are so poor that you need something like 20 attempts to make one windy . Stones are nice but only way to get is this omg wth way :) . basically thats it :D peace!
Now if only you had any clue as to what the bug is about eh ;) A simple hint but it was something Korea fixed on their servers on October 19th so pretty sure we still need to get it.
