bloody bow will be better as the PVE bonus scales differently then the static patt boost of high oe R/R95.. needs to be 25+ OE before the patt + soulshot boost overcomes the PVE boost imo..
I had +12 Bloody Slasher 2 SA and +18 Apoc Slasher 2 SA. Both same SA's, same element and same augment. My tests showed me the Bloody has 2-3% more damage in PvE.
I sold the Bloody and kept the Apoc, as 2-3% more dmg isn't worth the 10b difference imo.
interesting. another plus in +18 blessed apo bow was the fact that the bow had 703 m.att. so i can use it in my dual which is wynn. my bloody bow has 555m.att. and i use it on wynn too cause i dont have another weapon for wynn.
