- We should have Earth + Fire Dragon, the burning Earth Dragon Boss.
- We should have three-Headed to seven-Headed Dragon Boss.

Not exactly coming out from the ocean. As you can see from the screenshots on the SnailGames page, Fafurion is imprisoned in an underwater jail (水底监牢), which becomes the raid arena.
Fafurion's prison cell (or prison salon) is under control of Lionel Hunter, the Lord of Heine, and you access it from there :)
Aulakiria did try to talk Shilen out of attacking the heavens:

So we must assume that all six Dragons are still around, possibly severely injured and still unconscious, having hidden in some cave or wherever.
So it doesn't all fit together with our version. Tiat is indeed a Dragon Priestess. You can see her in her human shape (the monster you kill is just a transformation) in a cut-scene video during the instance. Or at least you could; maybe they have censored her out in the meantime because of her bare breasts.

While I totally agree with your point of view - it is ridiculous that two or three parties of well-equipped Titans can kill Antharas in 10 minutes - I can only tell you what is. In the Chinese version of Lineage 2 Mobile, Fafurion is at present the strongest Boss (本次版本中最强大的存在), and in Forcebringer, what we will get in a few months, the developers did not upgrade the old Dragons but introduce new Bosses (Kain van Halter, Kamille etc.): http://boards.rochand.com/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=1645#p33441
Whether this is for advertisement reasons (new bosses attract returning players) or has maybe technical reasons (designing a new Boss from zero has less danger of generating bugs that meddling with old code) is a question that Neutron would have to answer :)
