But this video was on a Russian server . Here we are suppose to have different rates ( compare to price ) . Plus the event was nice because you have the option not to gamble and make lvl 4 ths with materials from l2 store .
should be same rates and RU/EU/Japan/China etc all have the same set up with the grinder/powder nonsense except Korea where you could use elcyum crystals instead which was much cheaper.
biggest difference is that in EU/RU you can also get jewels from mammon but that's cause Innova is allowed to make minor changes unlike any other whole NC Soft owned subsidiary.
and I disagree with this store promotion making things cheaper cause it drove prices up for all jewels, only thing that got cheaper are the most expensive jewels to make lvl4 as spending 22bil for a lvl4 topaz/tanza/amathyst is cheap ya but all other jewels got much more expensive as a side effect of those powders..
for example during first brooch jewel event you could make a lvl5 aqua for less then 3bil and a lvl5 emerald for ~5bil.. impossible to do so now.
