i think something is going wrong with drop runes... my cp use to kill tauti and baloks etc with 2 players... 7 join instnace leave from start and only 2 ppl killing it. we use 200% rune on both char and both chars have prestige runes. how is able to take again and again only bless scrolls? char lvls is 99 and 100!

Sorry to inform you that instances that need CC to enter are always split between the players in the CC, no matter if you exclude them from the party/CC.You can try that on a field raid and instanced raid and see the difference OR on a CH raid, which is not affected by CC chance split.
Try it, you`ll notice huge difference
It's for sure, we were in the middle of doing a Tauti my party, and we joined a cc as we were nearing the CS time in Sunday.
We kill the Tauti, and surprisingly for me - we couldn't pick up the drop until around 5 minutes passed :)
So yes, it's for sure, instances that need CC to enter are actually not affected as Mixa said :) (Mixa is basically a Gm ^^ )
This happens if u create a CC and dispers the cc leader grp comepletely before pick up. Its made so partyleader cant scam easily. Its same in k95 grp,so not even has to do with a cc raid.
In my experience it shoud work, but its still about chances of course also.
Since we use drop runes in last hit cc leader grp in lilith anakim trasken dragons, rest leave cc and pr at 2% hp, we have tremendous increase of drops.
Few examples: w/t drop rune we killed once 4 months dragons w/t a 100% blessing scroll at all. with drop rune you get it evertime almost. same in lindvior with earring and drop runes ,you will get it most likely 3 of 4 times. W/t runes 1-2 earring(s) will drop.
Trasken ring drops with last hit grp 2/3 to 3 of 4 times,wt runes months can pass until see a ring.Anakim same story as for any other raids if you dont screw something up.
For tauti i did same as you did: duo stays on end ,rest log out and got ring ,frags,seraph armors. However with same tactics and toons you still often get jsut an enchant scroll + weap app stone as ring etc has low chance as standard. I remember when we got the free 1 week 200% drop rune packs via galleria and most ppl opened them, was the only time when I joined random baloks on alts for drop rains:)).
But have in mind that the lvl penalty on drops is great. If your dds lower than 101 makes not 50,x % of total dmg you will have drop penalty alrdy despite of any runes. Octavis and tauti differ there a bit as there u need to loook at last stage raiid hp only foor drop penalty.
