January is all but over. For next event Red Libra would be perfect. You can do it right after the Shady Jewels event ends. Or if you are really enterprising, run it at the same time as the brooch event. Come on, make it happen. Everyone will love it. :)
Being that the Gems are in the L2 Store until Feb 22 it is almost certain that an event will take place during the same period. Will it be Red Libre, maybe but I think it would have to take the place of the Valentines Event (Power of Love) which has been an annual event for many, many, years.
On Chronos, the prices of weapons are outrageous already. Red Libra usually helps bring them down, although not at first. I want Red Libra to change my dual class freely. February would be nice, but it probably won't happen until March or April, if at all.
