As this game is becoming more and more expensive to play, I feel like the following should occur:
Start introducing the idea of leaving specific items in the L2 Store so that players can save money and not feel forced to spend everything they have when a "special" event comes out. This means leave items such as Elemental Shirt packs and enchants or Brooch(s)/boxes etc.
Stop having event after event which requires big spending. Start showing the L2 community that NC West actually cares about its players and give out XP rate increases or Enchanting / Jewel combination increases.
In this preview i see "More GM events and prizes!" this means nothing to the players who have a job and missed the dragon buff "event" that was given out on last Friday. Start giving these rewards for 24 hours or every Monday. Something that everyone can enjoy. Also, you're not off the hook for coming up with these outrageous priced events by giving dragon buff for 1 day.
Modify Shadai so that he always sells La Vie En Rose Jewelry boxes. I believe other servers offer this for 5m Adena, 5 Giants Energy and 5 Energy of Destruction. This will balance the prices of the boxes over time. As of now the prices are so insane people almost have to completely sell everything, including the clothes off their newborns back, just to be able to afford one event. Not to mention the next back to back event that's just around the corner.
At your next "NC West company meeting" bring up my name and ill show up and help you guys turn your business around. Ill have the population back up to what it was when people cared about the game and wanted to play the game for the content. Nope, it will be around April. Last year they had problems with Helios and that's why it was delayed to June.

Regarding Red Libra...I balance to think there will be only R99 and Boss weapons with the posibility to upgrade r/r95 to r99.
The only good thing from this is that we can change dual class and keep the lvl :)

P.critical damage modifier affect your critical damage only and actually all yulls are SKILL CRITCAL DAMAGE oriented and use skills and can make insane damages, a lot more than single target auto hits with critical damage modifier to x2.
There is no cap on this skill critical damages and nothing implented yet to get resistance against this while there is physical shirts , diamond, buffs to reduce the incoming critical damages.

The buffs are good, but the shenangians are a bit problematic. For people who don't have a supercomputer, moving around between all those shiny armors is difficult enough. Transforming players into animals would be ok if it were not for the light effects that cause additional lag, making it basically impossible to do anything, including typing "/target Herald". And Juji pulling players hither an thither may be fun for him, but for those who just want the buffs and don't care about prizes it's simply annoying.

Exactaly, no skill resistance. Thats why makig it 2.0 again would not change anything in pvp. Anyone by default has 60% critical dmg resistance from only iss buffs. This can go beyond 100% with all kinds of items and passives from certain classes. And on top of that theres the arrow delay that makes hits per second be almost half as anyother single handed weapon, and almost 1/4 of dual handed weapons. While you can pop one skill after another without any delay between them(be clever not to missunderstand this with skill reuse)
And btw, archers are not the problem. The problem was PoM, new augment(15%), new skill enchant routes, new SA and 101 skills coming out in same update. The stacking of those and few other things that created this "problem"
Archer pve is deadly discusting and painful. Needs to have this modifier back to 2.0.

You can keep the free augments, GM event and the Valentine event. Just give me Red Libra and let me know which version of Red Libra we're getting in advance. If I can't swap my +18 R grade weapon to a Slasher and/or Retrib and change my 99 dual class dagger to a 99 Tyr Titan, then I'd like to know that now, while I can still get max possible value for reselling the weapon. Obviously, the version of Red Lion that we're supposedly getting for Grand Crusade will devalue my weapon to almost nil. I'd like to avoid that...and it's in your best interest that we do avoid that. For myself and others who are awaiting word.

We've been patiently waiting since before Christmas for a Red Libra Event. What can be so difficult for you guys to let us have it for a week? Can clearly see how many of your customers are waiting for this - maybe could bring forward for this month of Feb please ?

Didn't you start scripting PvP/cheating in Pvp on Chronos? (Before they prohibited widZRget, also assuming ppl might be using L2A now). A dishonest individual's words do not hold much weight. I'm talking about PvP where it matters most. (This includes scripts that automate instance entry and char actions negating an even playing field against human response time.) Whether you genuine do/did appreciate L2 before scripts you did contribute to the detriment that brought the community down like all the others. You among others should be sure to hold yourself accountable for that before you step on a soap box.

The weapon grade upgrades, were never a part nor feature of Red Libra, it was a feature of the game itself in Korea.
well it did cause R / R95 weapons to be removed from the Red Libra event to stimulate ppl to try upgrade aka go out of town top farm raids for the needed upgrade materials so in a way there is some connection there :)

Sellers just have to be realistic about how much people are willing to pay. There are a few +20 weapons in Chronos AH right now that probably won't sell as long as the owners want 80-90 billion adena for them. Think about that. I've made three +15 R99 weapons for less than that. Other people can, too, and will.

+15 is definitely not +20. You can have as much as u want of +15 , but it will be just +15 :) Thats why +20 is 80-90b. Pretty much as comparing lvl4 and lvl5 jewels ).

No equilibrium between what seller feels it is worth and price ppl are willing to pay. They were in AH all weekend, so maybe server feels the same? Someone put an R99 +15 in AH and see how long that lasts. :D

don't fool yourself, that message you copy it means you cant exchange dark to bloody and vise versa, you can exchange Bloody same like Dark.
