Kelbim single dagger or bloody r99

Got my dual class to 99 and I'm not sure which of the 2 daggers I should set as a goal for pve. Kelbim or an oe bloody dagger. Thoughts?

K, let me rephrase...at what enchant is a bloody dagger better than a kelbim dagger?

Kelbim price is ok for me, but I can save for bloody oe'd if it would be better in long run pve wise.

For start you not need OE , ok is to that weapon have +4-7, 2 sa, good aug, not need more off that if is bloody, and if one day have billions more with items from shop you may up to 12 in safe way

What sa's would you recommend?
