Red Libra R99 and Dark/Bloody Coupons will be made available.
The Passion Treasure Chest is being reloaded with updated rewards.
Existing Passion Treasure Chests are not impacted by this change.

Fixed an issue where the Vital Wind skill was missing from the Greater Vital Stone Jewel.
Pavel Ruins hunting zone Lv. 85+ has been changed:
Acquired item drops has been significantly decreased.
Acquired EXP/SP has been slightly increased.

Last event it was not unusual to get 100 enchant packs from 100 passion chests. I'm guessing this event is the same since the enchant pack is still on the prize list?
Paying 100 times more for normal enchants is not my best use for ncoins, just saying.

That should not happen this time. The new reloaded passion chest item distribution rates have been completely recalculated based on the latest economic data so it now gives a better variety of items.

Have those ever existed? Besides, the BEWR 'Event' sell for the same on the market (Other Players) and in AH, as their function does not change so one can easily just sell those enchants and buy the 'Real Ones' they need.

It's called VAT and there are 2 ways to apply it. The proper way is to pay VAT and that's it.
The other way is by using the electronic goods and services agreement, which most of the counties have, that allows virtual goods to be exempt from VAT.
Problem is that if you're from the EU, there was a lot of pressure about it and it's probably in effect again, that you pay VAT for virtual goods, at the same rates as your country.That was on and off for a while now, but it seems it's in effect again.

Clannie had 50 boxes and got Tauti Weap, Valakas Bottle, Dark Eternal Stones and more. He was happy.
I got 5 tauti weapons out of 4 boxes! See what I did there? Every one lies, granted some do get lucky but most lie about how much they really spend cuz they dont wanna look stupid, he probably really bought 500 boxes

It's very low chance, about 0.5-1% for bloody/dark.
Last red libra I've got 2 R99 ones, I'd say about 5% chance for these and funny thing is I've never got a Talisman of any kind xD

I sold (5) on AH for 75M yesterday, so they sell just fine... If people are desperate to sell cheaper, that's their problem honestly... at the end of the day, it's the same enchant and does the same thing, so I'm not selling it cheaper, lol.

I'm sorry Neutron but you should have a talk with the people responsible for those recalculations. Cause i don't see the point on buying something that would give you a considerable inferior value in return of what you spent.
