So I've tried to search on the web more information about this, but I couldnt find anything. If there are discussions about this topic, they are either in other languages, or I failed to find them.
So the actual skill description is the this:
"P. Critical Rate + 25%, and P. Critical Damage + 5%, Skill Mastery rate + 10%. STR + 1000%."
I'm interested in the STR, cause I wanna hit harder.
I've tried everything, and nothing seems to explain this STR thing.
In a first look, it sounds like a passive +% increase. Which is obviously not true, cause my archer has 96 STR right now, and that is the regular STR on a fighter class. Even if it was 50% it would already be noticiable difference.
Then, when discussing with friends, some said it could be a trigger thing, like mastery. But it is very important to say, the mastery skill for archer is a different skill. But I tested. I tested for over 1 hour. Multiple skills, debuffs, etc. I had mastery trigger a lot of times. Debuffs would go double time, and skill shots had their reuse reduced to 0, like instant cast. But not for a single moment STR was raised.
So, how does it really work? What am I failing to understand? Or is this a kind of a bug? I cant really believe that, so many archers, for so long, nobody has ever noticed that? Can someone explain me what I'm missing?
I think this is a typo that somehow made it's way into the game over time.
Yul's have a much higher chance of triggering skill mastery than any other class.
Back in GoD patch notes, the skill description included "Also, depending on your STR, may reset your skill reuse timers or double your skill duration."
So my interpretation of the current skill description is this: skill mastery bonus from STR + 1000%. This is consistent with my experience in game. For example, on ISS, skill mastery rate is very low (maybe 2-4% I'm guessing), whereas yul with high STR can hit 20-30%+ skill mastery rate.

You are correct. The wording should be "+ 1000% chance of triggering skill mastery", as in the skill Superior Critical Mastery.
EDIT: in fact, the current version states "Skill Mastery rate + 1000%" (or "Increases Skill Mastery rate + 1000%" if enchanted for Power).
