Which class will be the op class this round? give us a heads up so the re-rollers can get started and the other classes can just give up and quit as usual.
Will there still be no real PVP because every one will be in instances for the majority of this chronicle? Will only those classes with hide walk the streets of L2 freely?
Will there be no heroes next month? in previous updates there was no heroes.

Attempt to do and imitation of doing and lack of competence are few very different things.
If you say you will have something done by some prenamed date, do it. Yes it is possible, that force majeure appear and there's nothing that can be done to meet deadline, but if you experiencing problem after problem, think twice before stating new date.
This is a commercial product as players pay for NCoins (few more, lots less) which makes staff more or less responsible for the services they are providing. Let's skip the part where someone will try to argue that they don't care about the players, as even if they don't want to, they are required by HQ as even if L2 is not priority project anymore, it still makes cash flow in. Yidao's words about Koreans not carrying about the game at top level (free interpration of his words) are only partly true. They don't care enough to do something about balancing the game, removing bots, etc., but it would stupid to assume that they don't care if their sub company doesn't provide public relations they are paid to do.

I don't think he HAS to be on the delay he announced because this is purely a matter of communication and getting us informed on when patch note should come approximately (to fulfill the constant forum whining).
For all I know he could just give us patch note a few days before update launch, it wouldn't change anything for their plans, it's all about satisfying the community (which of course MUST be done).

I'm very happy they doing all hard work and doing it well (I guess NCWest patch notes are by far the best out of all regions), but I don't like when someone give (despite its just prediction) exact date. I would prefer to say "we are working on it, soon™ "

We as a community do not get paid by ncsoft to supply patch notes while their negligent employees do. So again why should we have to do all the work if they should have patch notes and maybe even a ptr for us to test new content for game breaking bugs. So please go back into your cave and shhhhhh.

don't forget to give ample warning about stuff like server transfers being closed 1 week before and after the update etc. like per normal process ;)
i don't think any updates you do to this game will make it as fun as it once was most of the community i have seen are rich ******s that rule servers by owning all castles and killing most raids. too much pay to win just waiting for the day NC soft runs out of ideas for this game and it just gets shut down and every ones money goes no where as it always does with pay to win titles

gonna be a long way till that.. but I'm sure you will love the whole new clan system reworked that's done in update after Grand Crusade aka Salvation
makes it once again good & fun to be in an active clan with lots of stuff for everyone, can even get a new pvp & pve cloaks that are better then current clanleader cloak on any clan char if you're active enough :)
