Checking the patch notes I found something quite interesting, the Enhanced Shadow Cutter seems to be quite strong and a great option for a low bugdet tank like... well, me :rolleyes:
If it's combine with a full offensive AP setup, which will be easier to reset and change (100% SP bar = 100 AP reset if I'm not wrong), it would add some good dmg to non-Draeckian tanks :P
How do you think it would compare to an OEd Bloody Cutter?
there was a comparison between those and pvp / pve weapons a while ago in Korea and I think the results was still that +12 PVE/PVP weapons are better but imo still a nice low budget weapon to have :)

Frenzied Tauti will cost
1 normal tauti weapon 12-15B
5 tauti crystal, most case you will get 1 per weap, but let say 4weap if lucky = 48-60B
15 elcyum = 3B
1 frenzied tauti fragment = ?? maybe 10b to 15b ??
Total cost of Frenziet Tauti = 75B - 90B and i think it may raise because of demand of normal tauti weap to get it.
The enhancement of shadow weapon will cost less than a +7 bloody weapon, around 15b.
So yes, this weapones will be a great option for low budget. Speacially retributer, seems nice for wynn
