Since no one answered you, I will risk an answer hehe :p.
Use what ever you want, cause u dont have exta bonus for sigil niether sheild, passive or arctive; with the sheild you have a very little chance to block magic and Physical attack, but is very, very low.
About using 1h or 2h weapon, in past topics in this section, they say m.atak cause a very little diference in heal, but no in the magic crit heals (search in how to enchant skills). As same with the sheild or sigil I would say, use what ever you want, cause the extra bonus with m.atak is very low.
Between a weapon of same ++++ and grade you're NOT going to notice the m.atk difference...
Better than trying to seek for the 100% correct equip you should lf the best way to fight against the class of your opponent and not just the class but the way that players play! That's what makes the biggest difference... unless you're naked and your opponent have dragon weapon or w/e.. then yes, no chance for you at all.
Kinda sad seeing ppl just worried about the items like if it was everything you needed to win a pvp.
I've seen top healer players (top because they had top gear, played in top clans and even got hero more than once) losing to tanks because they don't know what is a reflect dmg shield and what to do in those situations...bla bla.. some ppl have gear but don't know how to use it well T.T
