I can quote you at least 10 ppl who was using bot softwares but never got ban. And even more about ppl who got ban 1 time prevently. This don't mean they using it actually.
To going back to the topic, is it really hard to target someone and attack him ? especially when someone keep him in target forcing skills even if he's already dead, to instant trigger the skill when he wakeup ?
And lllllllllllllll took 2/3 second to take him on target and attack him (if you look at the ring knock down debuff). A script would do it in less than 1s.

I am really sure that NC Soft by mistake banned someone for 3-4 times. I can understand, mistakes can happen :D

max is strong with scripts. either that or every single one of their dd's has every single random healer's name on macro on all of their bars as they tend to instantly focus fire healers on siege the second a pvp starts with perfect target selection and multiple parties assisting on a single healer. healer is dead on ground, the second they stand after a res they are focus fired instantly before noble can cast. the script usage is pretty obvious in most cases...
also, the 1st oly day after the new update, noobs like vndragon were getting owned because they actually had to use hands and have no clue how to actually play their chars. was rather funny.
dont hold your breath on them ever getting banned, as it wont happen. just feel good about yourself when u actually do win against them.

i dont think GMs ban off user uploaded video. they only ban based off a live check, which is why using scripts in pvp is hard to be banned for. max selects a real player target from a list and/or press a button to have a script auto select specific class under certain hp, but still it would be hard to live check that. all targets are of live players.
in pve, adjusting a mobs hp, making a tainted mob only targetable with programs, etc are how bots get banned.

Well, I don't know why you need to use programs for l2, when u have 100k eur char and u don't use hands it's like a man with Ferrari using autopilot. Wtf?!
I love to be a random who kill max using script, and when i talk with muru and say: nowdays it's impossible to use script or programs, so no1 of max using script or bot...muru weak up! :)
