i have not idea if is only the text, i have not checked it, but i think it dont give the bonus if its not on the description, and its not point to expend like 100b if dont give the 15% p critical damage :/

The patchnotes have a typo in them.There is no 15% crit.dmg on Frenzied Tauti weapons, the ingame description is what they are.
