With this maintenance:

The Letter Collector event concludes (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/letter-collector-event-returns-04112017.php)! Letter Collector's Pouches no longer drop from monsters, but previously collected ones can still be exchanged at Angel Cat for rewards. In addition, event items can continue to be purchased from the L2 Store (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/letter-collector-event-returns-04112017.php).

Letter Collector's Pouches will be deleted on June 14, 2017.

Good point, but it's worth noting that the deletion statement at the bottom of what you quoted should say Letter Collector's GIFTS, not pouches, will be deleted on June 14. The news post was updated earlier to correct this. I appreciate you keeping a keen eye! ;)
