All game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 4am PDT / 6am CDT / 7am EDT / 1100 GMT (https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/?qm=1&lid=8,6,5,0&h=8&date=2017-5-10&sln=4-7.5) and ending at approximately 7:30am PDT / 9:30am CDT / 10:30am EDT / 1430 GMT. Estimated downtime is 3 hours 30 minutes.

With this maintenance:

The Elemental Shirts of the Gods (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/store-promos/elemental-shirts-are-back-05092017.php) promotion will begin, including L2 Store updates.
A 400% Vitality Boost Server Setting will be activated and run until May 31.
The following fixes are being applied:
Fixed font size of System Notification text.
Fixed an issue where Rudolph’s Blessing did not apply to summoned pets.
Standard database maintenance and application restarts will be performed.

At least let us know the plan on server transfers. Estimated time to re-enable? Working on issues regarding them?

Most updates transfers have been re-enable 4-5 weeks after launch. Any info would be appreciated over silence...

Just some info on when you plan to look at re-opening server transfers would be nice. As someone who returned to play with Grand Crusade update to find his entire playgroup has switched server and have no idea when i'm actually going to be able to play again the lack of info is beyond frustrating at this point.

thanks NCsoft now many ppl can trash the old shirts whenever an event like this appears. now it seems you dont even care for your customers as well.
If i could rate NCSOFT customer care i'd give a 0 you dont deserve more.

instead of thanking ppl including me and others that do spend to the game so you are able to play you qq .

on anything that you pay with real money you need customer care , even if it is a computer technician or money to pixels. if you dont have money or have and dont want to spend thats your problem.

Yeah, this sucks hard

You've run this event the same way for years. After the first one where you included enchant rewards people started trying for multiple shirts, not just for the rewards, but because they knew it would get you a little something in the future for such a large amount of money being spent (or a great deal of luck).

This is obviously nothing more than a cash grab to make sure that people blow up their existing shirts to try for any kind of reward, and to ensure that people can't just "coast" on previous rewards, even though they may have spent hundreds, even thousands of dollars getting something they assumed would at least get them some rewards.

But at least you put it up on the site before it went live. I'm sure you will make a good deal of money, but that's a really poor move on your part. If you felt the rewards were too high and too many had them, simply change the rewards. It isn't the player's fault that you included a destruction scroll enchant in the pack last time.

I had the same problem i have to exclude this file from scanning by norton to lounch L2 but i dont know if i done good becouse i dont want to have troyan on my PC neither its from L2 update...!!!

Working fine, its normally 200%, so its 'only' double xp, 400% sounds a lot more grand that it actually is. There was no mention of vitality consumption in the notes, it is the same.

you are wrong, then it would be 300% (as in previous events) - meaning without vitality you get 10 exp, with vitality you get 30 exp. now you should get 40 exp.

also, due to two independent messages about possible trojan in library file I wont try to update nor to log to game till staff say its safe.

You advertised that 4k 200% was a limited time offer, but then bring them back 1 week later with a better in game item in it and more hero coin.

Adding these runes to the IG store only 10 days after removing them from Galleria with a far greater secondary item is a real kick in the teeth to people like me who in good faith bought 6 months worth as they were advertised as limited time only. Alongside your non existent communication regarding the server transfers re-opening your really alienating your paying customers.

... but such an attitude is harmful and biased.

Who guarantees me that in a year from now all this will be repeated, as it is now.

It could well enchant from now a lot of shirts on +6, +7, +8 or even on +9 and wait next year and enchant +1 value and always apply for reward.

Please use This site (https://www.symantec.com/security_response/) and click the option near the bottom of the page "Report a Suspected Erroneous Detection (False Positive)" to submit false positive report to Norton.

In the mean-time I would suggest to add an exception to the file being flagged incorrectly. It may take the software provider some time for them to release an update to fix this issue.

1. Yes, it does, but it feels random. I have a dwarf with 23+ LUC after you take into account all of the boosts and a dorfs naturally higher stat. **** thing hasn't gotten higher than +5 on ANY shirt in years. I also have DEs that don't have anything other than normal luck who have enchanted multiple +7 and +8 shirts since they were first introduced. (Never higher, though.) If LUC plays a factor, I've yet to see that.

2. The shirts are not tradeable. Once you open the package, you have to blow them up on that character. So pick wisely.

b) what are you killing - vit gives XP for mobs only, not raid bosses (even though at Kama you do lose some vit, it does not give you extra exp)

Anyone notice that after k95 Solo they're not seeing any xp increase ?
On Wednesday after reset with full vit & mentee on, after I finished K95 I glanced at the XP bar & thought " thought this was what I had when I went in ". Dismissed it as I misread the % before entering. Then on Thursday I made a point of looking at the xp bar as I went in. After boss was dead, mentee was still on & Vit was at 50% my xp was still the same.

Also since Wednesday I also get 10-30 sec lag spikes only in K95 party. When it occurred again yesterday for the 2nd time I alt+tabed to my alt that was standing in town & was able to move my Alt character normaly. Alt + Tab back to k95 party & still in a lag.

re-read your post, make sure you look at XP bar, not SP bar.

kartia solo gives very little exp, it is not boosted by VIT, or any other xp boosts. it's basically a quest exp reward, not kill exp reward

it happened. nc staff came to servers, spawned buff npc and nevit npc for few hours and leave again.
did you expect something more? naive one :D only pay2win events going

This isn't true. Neutron mentioned in the April Preview (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=292405) that the official 13th Anniversary Event in-game will be happening at a later date. I also noted this in our GM Event news post (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/gm-event-04272017.php) on April 27 and Adena Art Contest announcement (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/contests/anniversary-adena-art-contest-04282017.php) on April 28.

You can respond to that but consistently ignore questions about server transfers opening. Please respond to when those will open...

And in may preview there is no information about any event except i wrote.
