read the comments of some who have been playing it in Korea and that apparently this sign up is for Taiwan and not any western like NA/EURO region.

Yeah sure I'd love to play a smaller dimmed down version of my favorite game on my .....phone.....because its slower....and smaller....than my PC?

There are 4 races and each race has only one gender. There are no male Dwarves and no female Humans. Each race, however, has 3 classes. Like there are Warrior Dwarves (Tank+Titan), Rogue Dwarves (Archer+Dagger) and Mage Dwarves (Nuker+Healer), but no Crafter Dwarves and no Spoiler Dwarves:

Lineage 2 Revolution has just the name and the map in common with the PC version of the game. Apart from that it's a pretty generic mobile game, but with a clan system, and in the latest update also sieges:
