also when can we expect the 13th Anniversary event to actually start ? what's the reason for the delays, is it because NCWest L2 started much earlier then Taiwan & Japan and we're waiting here for the 1 size fit all Territories export version ?
if the latter please note that some of the Korean 13th Anniversary event rewards are not suitable for the NCWest servers unlike Taiwan & Japan.. should be very obvious when checking the full item rewards list.

A new merge is very much possible, although I doubt that's the reason they are keeping server transfers down.
But you never know, it might be coming next month or two.I personally think that Freya + Naia and Chronos + Zaken will breath a very much needed life in at least two of these servers.
2019 merge is ncwest with Innova. And the sheep will still support the ncsoft policy. Give me your money and fu k you. beeeee beeeeee. How fu ckin racist is that where adena is the item that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services in the Lineage virtual world dont have access to every item/service.
it is beyond frustrating in regards to server transfers to get no info, ETA, not even a response of "soon". we are just ignored. many of us would understand if you stated an update will be available on XYZ date, or something along the lines of we are working on a few hiccups in the process. but yet again, silence is NCwest's policy to its paying customers.
many people came back to play your new update, and the current server situation is very different from when those people last played. old friends are on different servers due to transfers being open for the last year, and now being turned off.
in all honesty, this type of treatment to paying customers is why some of us left in the first place before.
Usually you guys aren't so slow or shy about taking our money.
Neutron is waiting to hear back from the devs about chronos and zaken merge, that is the hold up. They also need to figure how to transfer factions and monster books over.

There was not really any major character system changes to the game in Grand Crusade, so our existing transfer system should still work the same as before. But as some asked we will test if the faction can transfer (including the new Hunter's Guild).
