Generally neither 2nd nor 3d SA on Retri give great boost on Summoner, but as prices go lower for a Mystic Soul Cry i would like to have some feedback about the subject, if some1 wants to contribute.
I think 5% PAtk is a waste (unless u have Tyrr dual i guess) also reduces resale value of Retributer.
Imho +15% HP sounds better and -5% PVE/PVP dmg is a good side effect especially for Robe users and if u have dual Heal/Feoh.

It really depends on your setup. The PVE gearing for a wynn is completely different than their pvp setup. If you want to optimize yourself for both circumstances, its literally like gearing 2 entirely different toons.
The short answer to your question though, For pve, you will want tyrr or for pvp you will want sigel. Personally, I suggest wynns always stack themselves for pve, because, unless you're competing for hero, your dual is probably the better option to optimize for pvp.
I put Tyrr 3rd SA on it for my main but believe it or not I actually noticed a difference on my wynn sub as well. I know at top end scaling for a Wynn is absolutely terrible, but a little bit of a difference actually helped.
Now I'm curious to know if the 2% PvE damage from 3rd transfers over with Equipment Sharing or not.
