In game i not see active gm anymore , in forum i not see active gm anymore ( i mean daily activity answer question etc etc) .
The files comming from Korean and gms litle change or they say in Korean suggetion for change , like i understend they not have the power make change alone . Ok maybe they have work found bugs or make tests between chars ( i not see that also ) . So enlight me please what is the total work of GMs nowdays ?
One last question , Neutron say he will try make the game (servers) BALANCE . How he try doing it ? with JEWARLY EVENT AND SHIRTS EVENTS ?

Dude i found a great initiative of yours, if the staff give a moral to this post, surely some GM will come here and answer your questions. In my opinion i agree with you, when the GM will come to the public and explain the situation of the servers.

Once or twice a week Neutron will get on and respond to what he feels like. Several topics you will find get ignored 100% as a rule, but these are only the biggest ones.

If they know, they aren't about to tell you or anyone else until just before it happens. Why should you get to prepare any more that that?

As previously stated, they seem to have a pattern of only doing forums about 2x a week at best.

8am - Arrive at work, start PC and Coffee. BS with Co-workers.
9am - Time for the morning ****.
10am- Browse Forums, get disappointed in the average posters grasp of the English language. Chuckle at people making valid suggestions and insight into ways he could improve L2 and thus be an even better GM.
11am - Check the bank balance from the L2 store, reflect back on the posts you read on the forum and chuckle again (suckers).
12pm - Time for lunch and a joint. They are video game GMs after all, and its been a busy day so far.
1pm - Daily meeting with the boss. She holograms in form korea, very emperor Palpatine like. Much discussion goes on about what item to add to the game next that wont be obtainable in the game or by anyone not willing to spend at least $1000 trying to RNG it from L2 store.
2pm - Search craigslist for some evening entertainment.
3pm - Copy paste some korean notes over, post them to forum, wait for Elmar or someone else to proofread them. (Working smarter, not harder ofc!)
4pm - Field phone calls from the Whales. If you pay so much, you can get the GM's phone number and call him up for things like getting un-banned, restoring blown up items, answering questions until they get the answer they want to hear and such.
5pm - Leave the office, catch that appointment from CL, and go play WoW for the rest of the evening. (They certainly aren't playing L2 on their salary)

Because Zaken players find it convenient to merge Zaken with Chronos, as they say in merging Freya with Naia. Just because they're from closer GMT? Really? This is an invalid argument.
I remember a while back that disgruntled Shilen, Magmeld and Bartz players bombarded the forum as well as the support, suggesting a merger with another server, most of which was suggested as Naia + Shilen and Chronos + Magmeld + Bartz. In the end it was decided as Shilen, Magmeld and Bartz becoming Freya, and in a way, Chronos and Naia players were thankful that a good many of them would not like to be incorporated into a server, as a matter of fact.
Likewise, you can only read Zaken's minimalist complaints here. And certainly Chronos players would not support such a merger. And I say:
1) Although I do not have an account running on Chronos, I usually log in at night time (Eastern Time) and it happens every day to see the same status in Chronos = Heavy. So a merger with Zaken would cause swelling on the new server and consequently issues of instability, as out has already occurred in the official countless times.
2) It is well known that, once joined to Chronos, Zaken players would not have the slightest chance of opposing the Nova or even those who are anti-Nova, and the most likely would be that such Zaken players would be oppressed or Incorporated into the TOP clans of Chronos. After all, Zaken has no strength to defeat Nova or anyone else, unless they join there in one strong force, fact number 2.
I understand that Zaken players cries out for attention, either that it is wishing to be merged with another server or that they want as soon as they can transfer their respective toons to other competitive servers.
Anyway, as the OP said, a little glimpse by GM to show up and take the guys would be commendable, imo.

What are you talking about? For the 100th time on this forum, this isn't just some desire to have zaken and chronos merge. It is already a fact it is happening, sooner rather than later as stated by neutron last month
