Im playing wr 103 currently being Human, Some say i should go for D-elf for much more power when blow but some say to go for Elf for efficiency ie chances.
So i really wanna know about your opinion whether i should change from my human form.
I am very casual player mainly pve and join Siege occasionally but being non-factor i dont really do much more than lying around on ground most of the time. But in pve i do good enough dmg and lvling myself up mostly from farming.
Any opinion and additional advise for Farming locations are greatly appreciable!
Would you mind elaborate as to why Dark elf is the Best? Is it because of Attack power?
Elf is good cause u can get tons o DEX which is good for dagger cause it helps on skill landing rate and the chance to crit on skills.
Dark elf is also good because they have almost the same DEX but a lot more STR which is good for mastery skills (chance to insta reset or double time).
In my opinion if u want better damage i would reroll to Ghost hunter instead of changing race.
A good setup (in my opnion) would be D. Elf ghost hunter with full DEX build.(dyes, hair acc, bracelet, etc...)

dark elf has highest str.
i disagree with the whole dex thing as my AW is a dark elf and i currently have 74 dex with full STR/CHA dyes and a str/patk hat. i dont modify dex at all aside from whats on items already. i also have no issues critting all of my blows regularly. thats pvp and pve.
dark elf also looks much cooler than light elf, especially the females.
Thanks for taking your time to explain. i agree with your statement regarding the Dark-elf look cooler than the elf to some extent but Elf female in Noble vespor clothe is certainly unbeatably ****!
