Newsflash: everyone moved to RU servers when they opened in Throne 1: the Kamael. It's the reason why barely anyone played Gracia and almost none (besides sieges) played Freya/HF (well, they were maxed, so nothing to do anyway I guess).
If people wanna play cheaper, let them. I don't really see any problem here.

The story is, GMs wont respond to this topic. Like any good politician, they will ignore the biggest issues with the most complaints and instead focus on the smaller more irrelevant issues.
Take the dragon entrance issue. There was a thread posted and responded to, and GMs scramble to do something about it. Not everyone was happy with what happened in the end, but it was agreed overall that the situation is better than what it was. This took very little time, and very few posts to get a response and action.
This topic on the other hand, has been brought up on almost a weekly basis for years now, and I have yet to see any response one way or the other. While other regions such as Russia have addressed this issue, and since added (the brooch stuff at least) to the mammon crew to acquire, we get silence.
After all, what can they say? Unless they say these items are all deleted or all going to be available through in game functions, they would basically be telling us to all piss off. That is probably unacceptable to the almost attractive Korean lady with the big desk (yeah, I'd hit it).
This L2 store exclusive item problem has literally caused a lot of veterans to quit the game due to the loss of integrity, as well as most people who are new to game will leave before they even hit 99. Usually right after realizing the true scope of what it would take to ever be in even the top 50% of any server.
To completely exacerbate the issue, the items you do get if you spend thousands of USD, are the most OP broken things you can imagine (excluding dragon weps, witch are the very most broken items in game, but at least they are obtainable in game). Then once you get the items, after forking over all your money, the next thing you get to enjoy doing is complain about the lack of PvP. The lack of PvP is directly tied to the population decline wrought by these items coupled with the fact that people who don't have these items simply see no point to attempt to PvP with the people that do have these items, as they will get 1 shot anyways.
This is, has been, and will continue to be the single biggest problem in this game. It is the main reason, by a LARGE margin, we are merging servers AGAIN!
Hey GMs, at least you know you can pull off a successful career as a politician after you run L2 into the ground. After all, why employ the same amount of people for less servers to maintain? or why employ anyone at all once the last one shuts down?

I think one has a better chance of winning a mid-level award at a State lottery than getting a level 5 Jewel. At least you win some money with the Lottery. NCSoft just sucks up your money and gives you ****e with jewels.

according to this my logic says any +10 shiny magic and physical shirt will be traded to dragon leather shirt +0 and leather lining whatever this lining is )
