I hope its fixed this i think generation 30+ year old in Lineage big help was this macro farm. I like this game I like play but with Wife or children not to easy.
we already spoke in PMs Electro, and since I do realise that you want to help others, I will input a bit of knowledge myself, hoping it will help you and your friends.
First of all when pets are in defensive mode and you get attacked they attack back even if you have another target. They will not stop attacking after the character that hit you unflagged.
Second, when you have no target and you get attacked, you will get as target the first player that attacked you. Same principle applies, your macro will continue with skills and will not stop after unflag even without forceattack.
None of the above is a bug. Its working as intended. Furthermore I remember that when macro farming was implemented, it was stated that "at all times you should monitor your players" and it was not intended for sleep-farming.
That said, I will give you a small workaround that should actually work.
input at some point of your macro "/target %self".
The other character will need time to unflag and you will get yourself as a target. so even if he drags you away from your location and you cant get a valid mob target to kill, you will get yourself as a target and your character will stop attacking. If you are in your spot, your character will continue by getting the next mob. If the other guy wants to get your target again, he cant. you cant lose your own target. if you are flagged and he uses some skill on you like flash, worst thing that can happen is you pvp him until your char gets yourself as target again. You can open war, you cant pk.
This workaround needs a bit more testing, but I think its secure.

The "Force PK" works like this it takes 1:57 secs (starting from the last time you hit) for a person to unflag and in between 1:56 to 1:57 which is the time you will change from pink to white of to which your victim needs to launch an attack and after that your victim will get the PK do this a couple of times and kill your target and you will make your victim drop his gears.
As for the "Force Flag" as long as you're running a macro that has an attack on it or skill attack if you got pulled to a place where there are no mobs you can target you will target the person who attacks you.
Right now here in Naia there has been a lot of cases where people were forced pk and lost their gears. And known abusers of this "Trick" are dudot and Marshmallow. This is first hand info and honestly after learning about this trick like 2 weeks ago I could've done this myself but you could say I'm not as low as those people written above.
So overall its still ok to do macros but don't leave them unsupervised ncsoft will not do anything about it since this mechanic has been there for a long long time it's up to people who uses macro to secure and take care of their toons.

I mean don't get me wrong I could easily have done it to your clan and I would've been running around with a dragon slasher and lvl 6 jewels but I never preferred beating my competition through underhanded tactics such as this tricks.... now I heard you started to do this on random players as well!?!?! I started to do it after your and epii's actions with petitions and killing our toons on 10k Q. I'm not interested in getting your items, I wanted to do more... You just killed our alts, you interrupted our quest for 1-2h, I interrupted quests, killed your toons and got few items from your inventory :) w/o even one petition

I seriously cannot believe how many people think this is against the rules, "exploit" or whatever. Seriously, how dense do you have to be? This auto-target someone who attacks you has been around for countless years now.

lmao the only thing I'm actually guilty about is killing your alts,interrupting your 10k quests and starting war in your alt clans. Never reported anyone from your side nor did I commanded RS to do mass report if they did report you without my knowledge then I'm innocent :) Anyways back to the topic at hand the only reason I'm interrupting your 10k quests is because your members are doing it by detagging and/or DH carpetstyle and killing with alts and since you guys avoid 7v7,mass pvp or any form of pvp I had no choice but to do that and to force your clan to retaliate and entertain me during primetime by mass pvp but I was wrong your form of retaliation is just taking away our members gears :) RS ain't dead since we still own Aden and 75% of all the castles in Naia is still own by our side :)

RS will still be alive even after we're long gone :) And thanks GF HF in Naia :) I wouldn't deny that we almost lost Aden last siege but also don't forget we were outnumbered 2:1 at that time as well my CP doesn't have our DDs present so that's a huge factor as well we actually just winged it out to keep aden had to sacrifice a lot of CRP on the process but still all that matters is Aden is still ours :)

If you're running a macro that targets specific monsters you should of already had that line in your macro. Generally people who use macros with specific mob names are those trying to avoid flagging and without /target %self you will still flag thus defeating the purpose.
The accidental PK thing has been around since closed beta. Over the years I've known a few people who were intentionally PVPing and ended up going red because of it.

its not about trust or not. i talk with facts the cantera that DH use to "open wars" lifted the dropped items thats the fact. if it was not u some1 else logged. its so simple dont try avoiding the answer. so just ask ppl from dh that know the cantera char pass who took the items and give it back to a guy that didnt do anything against your clan.

If some clan wants adena - kartia, baylor, tauti and other instances are UP 24/7. If clan wants to get adena from field/world bosses - there will always be competition.

How come the people who can't even communicate in English get other people to join them, anyway? DH only lives as long as it is one side so people will "just" join since they are always lazy to achieve anything by themselves. actually golemka did PvP against all odds socketka on the other hand only complains and pvp's things that have 101% winrate.
