We know many of you have been anxiously awaiting the Zaken-to-Chronos Server merge, or have questions about the existing transfer limitations. To hopefully alleviate some of the confusion and any burdens caused by this process, here's an update on how transfers will be handled in the lead-up to the Server merge.
Following standard maintenance next week, Wednesday, July 5, all Server transfers will be discounted by 90% to 400 NCoin, at which time:
Transfers incoming to Chronos will be disabled*
Transfers outgoing from Freya will be disabled
Transfers outgoing from Zaken will be available
*Transfers incoming to Chronos will again be available once the merge with Zaken is complete.
Here's a full breakdown of transfer options by Server beginning July 5:

It's NCWest we are talking about, they been "permanently banning" 3rd party users since 2005. In actuality, we still have yet to see them permanently ban major abusers.

they didn't say anything about enabling transfers to Zaken, just from it. For i'd assume we can transfer from Zaken to Freya and Naia only.

I think as this is an "Update" ... you need to recall what transfers were available previously.
[Chronos: In or Out available, Freya: In or Out available, Naia: In or Out available, Zaken: In or Out unavailable]
so the "Update" Disables In for Chronos, Disables Out for Freya and Enables Out for Zaken.
Can we have a clarification if the normal transfer will be on july 5 or not cause if not we suggest if you can move it another week there are people who has heroes who will lose it so that they can transfer tnx

Dont be stupid. Why would they enable transfer TO Zaken, if they are planning to merge it Chronos.
Iam not a native english speaker but as i understand from 5july to 28september players from zaken will be able to use a discounted transfer service to transfer to naia or freya only. If they want to move to chronos they have to wait the free definitive merge. During this period only naia players could transfer to freya only.

What is the time zone of the server that will be created from the Zaken+Chronos merge?
It is not a server creation, it is a forced merge , so i guess chronos will stay at same time zone and zaken players will have to deal with this for free or pay 800nc to choose another server and move faster.
And what if .... make Zaken GMT - 2 and to open a transfer to Zaken?
Imagine how the server will revive ! The ambitious clans and players from the one-sides marshes of Freya, Naia and Cronos will go to Zaken for Epic bosses and castles.

To give players from zaken the opportunity to choose another server than chronos for a little amont of ncoins. If they want to go to chronos they just have to wait the official merge.
This summer on zaken will be boring as hell for the players who will wait the merge to chronos..

They made a mistake in the past not offering this service - The fact that they are fixing the prior error shows progress on their part and should be approved/appreciated not spat upon. Some people simply have nothing better to do than complain.

Yo quick question to either of you about transferring is transferring 2 toons in 1 account at the same time (paying ofc 8k ncoin) is possible or not. Or do we need to wait a month to make another transfer from that account. Need answer ASAP tnx

The answer is simple they know Freya is dead and the only reason a lot of people can't transfer from there is because they can't afford the transfer fee but if they will include Freya with the discount a ton of players will move from Freya thus making Freya another Zaken :D

I don't care if it is free. I would pay $399 USD if I could transfer tomorrow.
Just for fun, I will reply to your comment. Here are my top 3 "points" for wanting to transfer my 102 archer:
1.) I have great gear on Chronos, because of a healthier server economy.
I can't wait to put on that +8 dark set and apply a mystic soul cry to my insane Kelbim bow. Wouldn't you?
2.) I have more friends on Chronos, because of a more favorable time zone.
After all, it is a multiplayer online role playing game...
3.) Zakin is Dead. Probably should have been listed as number one reason.
When people start transferring to Freya, it will become even more decomposed to near loss of existence!
So, feel free to review 1-3. Let those sentences sink in a little. Moreover, there are countless other 'points' for transfer.
Think about the big picture. Hmmm, L2 anniversary event is/was suppose to happen... still could happen... maybe will happen...
Would you rather be on a server with 1,000+ players or would you rather be on Zakin with 150+ players?
Think about all the adena and sale potential a larger server like Chronos has. Never mind, your comment shows you probably don't think at all. "There is no point of thinking, right?"
Under this "update" people who want to transfer from Zaken to Chronos will have to wait for the merge in, it appears, late September. Why not allow a one-week window for those who don't want to wait the three months to pay their 400 coins and move immediately?

Dont you know why ? Do you think NCSoft doesnt know that Navigatos RMT everything they farm ? Still no action is taken against them. People on freya quitting every day because of this situation. Freya soon will be a dead server (aka 2nd zaken) if it isnt already. There is no motivation to play any more with those kind of players (Navigatos) abusing the game so much.
( Inside Info: After MuruMuru left, everyone on Navigatos, exept leaders ofc, working like slaves to farm all items needed to make stage 2 dragon weapons for their leaders. Keep up the good work slaves xD )

You should sit with the team and consider including transfer OUT of Freya to be included in this "promo". If you're actually learning from the past mistakes, you can make up for that and undo some of the damage done.
Also as this all thing came into light, you guys better get a very fat compensation package for the players if Zaken and Freya. Seriously, there is no excuse for such things happening.

I agree. If you guys learn from the mistakes of the past then give freya players the opportunity to transfer out of this server. The Navigatos problem is out of control. Or take an action againt them or let the transfers open and let them alone in freya doing their RMT things

Why not Freya? Are those Zaken or Naia ppls pay more ncoins than ppls on Freya? So they can transfer but not us? This is absolutely double standard and unfairly treated no doubt. Please reconsider this and let ppl have a choice before they completely quit.

Freya wouldn't be so dead if they had left it on a reasonable time zone. They already had Naia at GMT+1. It made no sense whatsoever to give Freya the same time zone. Had they left it at the Bartz time zone of GMT-5 fewer people would have left.
Also, I asked NCSoft for a discounted or free transfer from Bartz (Freya) to Chronos because the GMT+1 time zone is not conducive to my personal schedule. I got "We are very sorry that we cannot accommodate your request. Thank you for your kind understanding."

Like always you crying about Max clan .. But you know what ? Look at Chronos server, Nova are controlling this server and farming everything for months/years .. And guess what's actually happening ? MS are taking more and more and more thing from them. Why ? Because at least they try something. They regroup some strong ppl that don't like Nova, and they try. Sometimes they fail, sometimes they success. They took a dragon from Nova few days ago, again.
And guess what you doing ? .... Nothing, only crying everywhere that you hate Max, that Max is a cancer, but you doing nothing for that change ...
Freya is dead and would've been zaken status had they not disabled transfers out(even NCsoft knows). The only people defending that dead server are to no surprise MAX players, merge it with Naia.
