IM Lf ppl who made +7 or highe shirt during the shirt event period and didn't got rewarded for it.
My story is long but i made 9 unit +8 shirt and got rewarded only 7.
I bought like 15 shirt made 7 unit +8 shirt. Originally i have 2+8 before the evnt i faild to make higher but for reward i made this old shirt back to +8 during the event.
I wrote a ticket and they dont realy want to give me the rewards for this shirt.
The interesting thing with that i already havefriend who got this answer from gm's:
i 've re-checked and verified in our logs that you have upgraded your 3 shirts to +8 during the event period. As such, I have given you the rewards (Ancient Scroll: Enchant Weapon (R-grade) x3) and removed the given Dark Eternal Enhancement Stone. Please note that this may take up to 24 hours to update on your account.
Thsi guy did the same like me and he got reward...
Where is the balance? GM's writing to me they dotn see my old shirts, then telling me the oppsite after....so what can i do? I heard more ppl have same problem. Where is the truth?
Neutron pls tell me the truth if u can check my ticket, and have right to check my account! here is my : Request #13024827
