Lag, freezes and whatnot

Can someone do something about this?
Till today there was some small lags and freezes, but today its just unplayable .. all the time freezing and lagging how can someone play like that?

Every time my client freezes i have to either wait for 5 mins or more , hoping that neither i nor my party has died or i have to terminate the client and start all over again...

This is horrendous...We dc'ed like 3-4 times each party member and we lost our cake as well...

But yeah, we know..angel cat buff x3 and apologies for inconvenience..

Find the root cause of this issue and simply fix it..

WTF we got DC and lose Kamaloka instance right now im loosing my rune too becose lag is so big i cant go any other instances whit out DC

Still waiting for an update about the status of the server should we all stop buying NCoin cause the server is mediocre at its best it is pretty much unplayable due to extreme lags and DC and with a lot of people running cakes,exp runes etc last thing we want is getting lags and DC in the middle of instance wherein we could potentially lose the whole instance when the whole party gets DC. Seriously update us if we should stop playing/paying for now and come back when you guys actually did your job. Thanks!

Take a few days break, when you're back most of the lags will probably be gone.

Honestly - Just shut down the servers until you fix the problem. It's getting beyond ridiculous at this point.

If its from external sources, get some DDoS mitigation. All the big boy companies do it already.

ArcheAge posted to Facebook they are also having DDoS. Guess there is some trend going on.

Oh and they also posted today they contacted Comcast and solved it :)

Since they launched the other game ... all resources go there , they do not give a *** .
If me and a few friends get 1 more mass DC .. we are quiting for a month .
Just not worth it .
