Help please Advice needed for new summoner

Have made a Wynn arcana Lord level 85 and a bit confused about which pets to use.

Have been mostly using the reapers as have highest mate and am using a retribution as my weapon.

Are any of the arcana specific pets better for dps?

Would it be better I change to the light elf summoner or dark elf?

Is the mage weapon the best to use?

Any advice appreciated

I play Elemental Master so can't advise you much on specific pets though I don't think you should be using Reapers. Focus on p atk pets and use cats.

As for the weapon, you should use Retributer, check your passive skills, a 2h blunt provides a great boost to your p atk.

I also play with elemental master.I agree helv for boost... basically boost P.Att. pcrit dmg. use special pets (cats for arcana, unicorns for elemental etc) from my experience use close combat pets for instance raids, and PVE. also if possible get transforms due to in transform+ sos wynn make pretty nice dps. only be aware that under transformation your transfer pain will disable and drastically decrease p.def m.def and HP amount.

Ranged pets for soloing and melee pets for party plays.

For Kartia, I use ranged pets for 1st floor and 2nd floor all the way until the Kartia boss, cuz the ranged pets have AOE skills.
For the RB fight, I use melee pets.

2-Hand Retributor is the best but you can also use OE Bow if your main or dual is an archer class. Tauti 2-H is also very good, it's classified as 2 Hand Blunt like Retri so the pets get boosted passive bonus, too.

Came back to the game after 2 years break... My wynn have tauti 2h.
Now i see new weapons...
Very expensive new upgraded tauti and enhanced shadow retributer.
What weapon would be best for wynn? There r 4 options:

1. OE r95/r99 retri
2. 2h tauti
3. 2h frenzied tauti
4. enhanced shadow retributer

Is it worth to change my 2h tauti for enhanced shadow retri? What about r95 blessed retri? With same price as tauti/shadow i can get OE r95 bless retri with much more p atk than both. really dunno what to do...

New update is coming soon and I hear some changes are being made for Wynn and Titan, concerning Retributer weapon type. I hear it's gonna be classified as "Staff" weapon type instead of the usual "Blunt" weapon type. The big question is, will wynn summoners be able to get passive pet bonus from Retri weapons if this happens? Tauti 2H is a good Wynn summoner weapon and I think it's best to wait till the update and see what happens.

but... if u have to choose...
what would be better:

OE bless apo retri +15: 1000 p atk / 692 m atk (or bless specter/amaranthine with same stats)
or enhanced shadow retri: 811 / 532 + passive bonuses

OE standard retri and shadow have almost same price, but p/m atk stats r much higher with standard oe... But enh shadow retri have nice passive bonuses...
